As the time progresses,sports in schools has achieved remarkable development along with the rapid economic development.Affected by a variety of factors,there is still a certain gap of the physical quality between students from cities and those from remote mountain areas.By conducting mathematical analysis of the physical quality of these students,it is concluded that the students from remote mountain areas have weaknesses in speed,sensitivity and flexibility.In light of the actual conditions,this study takes 50-meter run,hexagonal reaction ball test and sit-and-reach test as three indicators for evaluating the students' speed,sensitivity and flexibility so as to look further into the weaknesses of the physical quality of middle school students from remote mountain areas.In the research,four research methods are sed including literature study,logic analysis,test method and mathematical analysis.This paper takes students in 2017 academic session in Shuanghe No.1 Middle School in Xuanwei,Yunnan as the subject and groups Class 193 and Class 194 into the experimental group and Class202 and Class 204 into the control group;the experimental group is engaged in the tests while the control group is taught daily courses.Through 10 weeks of test(there are 4 classes each week and each class lasts 45 minutes),mathematical analysis of the test shows changes taken place after the test:1.50-meter run: male 8.00 ± 0.67 ? 7.00 ± 0.77,t value is-7.788,P < 0.001;female 8.85±0.80?7.38±0.16,t value is 14.674,P < 0.001;2.Hexagonal reaction ball test: male 2.17±0.72?1.11±0.17,t value is-13.004,P <0.001;female 1.51±0.29?3.13±0.92,t value is 13.928,P <0.001;3.Sit-and-reach test: male 7.37±4.90?19.63±1.66,t value is-24.081,P <0.001;female 11.67±5.04?20.83±1.15,t value is-13.61,P <0.001;It can be seen from the above test results that after the implementation of the tests,the scores of the three test indicators change significantly.The results indicates that:1.The effect of test intervention on improving the physical weaknesses of students from remote mountain areas is obvious.2.The intensity of the test is reasonable and the test does not ask more of the site and equipment,so it is feasible.3.The test proves to be interesting,which alleviates the boredom of traditional PE classes in mountain areas.It motivates the students in doing physical exercises and provides a theoretical basis for improving the physical fitness of students from remote mountain areas.
