In China's compulsory mathematics curriculum standard(2011 edition),it is also pointed out that the cultivation of innovation consciousness is the basic task of modern mathematics education, which should be reflected in the process of mathematics teaching and learning.Students' self-discovery and question raising are the basis of innovation. Therefore, from the perspective of cultivating students' consciousness of innovation,it is more important to find and put forward problems than to solve them. The research questions of this study. In the actual mathematics teaching, how to measure the elementary student' ability on discovery the question and raise the question ? What is the attitude of pupils towards finding and asking questions? This study was carried out according to the following process.Based on the classroom teaching content of mathematics in primary school, this paper focuses on the analysis of the students' mathematical ability to find and put forward questions in H primary school in huai'an by consulting relevant literature, designing questionnaires for test types and organizing interviews with teachers. This research from the "number and algebra","geometry and graphics","statistics and probability","comprehensive and practice" these four angles, for the primary school students found, put forward four parts of the problem design.Secondly,200 students in grade 5 and grade 6 of H primary school in huai 'an city were sent the questionnaire with these four questions on it,and the questionnaire results were sorted out and analyzed. At the same time,a questionnaire was designed to investigate and analyze students' attitudes towards finding and raising questions. In addition,in view of the cultivation of students' ability to find and put forward questions, four teachers of H primary school,A,B,C and D,were interviewed, and the results were sorted out. After that,it analyzes the causes of the problems in the cultivation of pupils' ability to find and put forward problems, and puts forward relevant Suggestions according to the teaching practice. The main conclusions of this study. From the overall framework, most students can find and put forward some relatively simple mathematical problems, while only a very small number of students can find and put forward some developmental or complex problems. In terms of the total number, speed and quality factors involved in finding and raising questions, there are significant differences between boys and girls in scores, and girls have higher scores than boys in all factors. From the perspective of different parts, students have the best questioning state in Numbers and algebra, and they perform well in cognitive attitude, but not very actively in emotional attitude and behavioral attitude.Overall,sixth-graders were slightly better than fifth-graders at finding and asking math questions. The reasons are mainly the immaturity and difference of students' development, the oneness of course teaching resources, the lack of teachers' awareness of cultivating students' ability to find and put forward problems, and the unscientific teaching and feedback forms.Suggestions forcu rriculum, teaching materials and teaching.Through the analysis and summary of the results, the following four teaching Suggestions are put forward: to grasp the differences between students and teach students in accordance with their aptitude;Contact with real life, enrich teaching resources;Adjust evaluation factors and infiltrate questioning ability;Optimize the teaching design and organize the teaching mode.
