The rapid development of information and communication technologies(ICT)to make the world more and more digital,many researchers begin to pay close attention to the student the use of the Internet influence on academic performance,but the result is not uniform,some studies have shown that students Internet use positive effect on their academic performance,other studies have found that the negative effect of the scientific literacy has become a popular internationally recognized education slogan slogan and contemporary education goals,and Internet use affected the scientific literacy is obviousPISA as a new start at the beginning of the 20 th century the education evaluation of the project,attach great importance to by the international community,more and more countries and regions to actively participate in and intensive research in order to better explain the correlation between Internet use and the students’ scientific literacy,this study selected the students’ ability in four provinces in China international assessment(PISA)data in 2015,after the control of the relevant background factors,such as descriptive statistics,correlation analysis and multiple linear regression method for the relationship between the main variables in the data analysis and research on the Internet using a 15-year-old high school students scientific literacy in China the influence of the performanceBased on PISA2015 database,this study aims to explore the following issues :(1)the influence of students’ Internet use time on their scientific literacy;(2)the influence of students’ Internet use preference on scientific literacy;(3)the influence of students’ attitudes towards Internet use on their scientific literacy.The research results show that :(1)the time of first exposure to the Internet has a significant impact on the performance of students’ scientific literacy,and parents’ moderate control of the Internet at the age of 7-9 has the greatest positive impact on their children’s scientific literacy.(2)the students’ Internet use time has significant influence on its scientific literacy performance,from Monday to Friday,15,for its scientific literacy performance for middle school students use the Internet to exist negative effects,using the Internet,the longer for their scientific literacy showing the greater the negative effect,especially in Internet use time more than 4 hours;Over the weekend,Internet use time for their scientific literacy performance is positive effect,middle school students use the Internet time control within 1 to 2 hours for scientific literacy performance affects the biggest,use the Internet for more than 6 hours of scientific literacy performance affects the smallest,excessive use of the Internet is not a benefit to the students’ scientific literacy performance.(3)students’ preference for Internet use has a significant impact on their performance of scientific literacy.The preference for Internet use and learning of 15-year-old middle school students in China has a positive impact on their scientific literacy,while the preference for Internet use and entertainment has a negative impact on their performance of scientific literacy.(4)students’ positive attitude towards Internet use has a significant positive impact on the performance of scientific literacy.This paper puts forward the following Suggestions :(1)to improve the utilization rate of the Internet and guide students to use the Internet correctly;(2)control the Internet use time of middle school students to avoid their addiction to the Internet;(3)students can be properly exposed to the Internet when they enter the school,and the age range is 7-9;(4)cultivate students’ preference for Internet use and avoid them from indulging in entertainment.
