Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,the state has issued many measures to curb the situation of physical deterioration of primary and middle school students.This study is based on the students’ interest in badminton hobby,play a fundamental role in physical exercises in the teaching,through the innovation of traditional level 2 sports classroom form,physical exercise methods and the integration of badminton skills learning process,constructed a physical-oriented teaching model,explore the formation of a skill students and physical development complementary,efficient physical education classroom.Use Delphi method in the study of physical fitness oriented teaching mode of experiment,test indicators,and consulting demonstration teaching content,built contains theoretical basis,guiding ideology,teaching aim,teaching means,teaching process and evaluation standard of physical education teaching mode,select vital capacity in succession,crook proneness,50 meters,1 min of rope skipping,forehand hair high and primary school physical education learning interest evaluation,etc.,covering general fitness,special physical ability,special skills and students’ physical education learning interest in four dimensions of evaluation indexes,at the same time,through the teaching experiment research on the constructing mode of the teaching effect is analyzed,The results show that the physical ability-oriented teaching model is superior to the traditional physical education teaching model to a certain extent in physical ability development,skill learning and interest cultivation of level two students.The conclusions are as follows:through the teaching experiment demonstrated that using Physical fitness oriented teaching mode of badminton teaching for level two students can promote their physical development,have significant effect on students’ quality and can enhance the speed of ventilator.through the teaching experiment demonstrated that using Physical fitness oriented teaching mode of badminton teaching for level two students is helpful to improve the learning effect of students’ badminton skills and to speed up their mastery and consolidation of movements.To some extent,the physique-oriented teaching model can improve the teaching effect and improve the teaching quality.Through the analysis of interest in sports learning,we can see that the physical fitness-oriented teaching mode is more attractive than the traditional physical education teaching mode for Level two.It can effectively improve students’ learning interest and initiative by incorporating physical fitness exercises into Badminton learning.The construction of physical fitness-oriented teaching mode enriches the theory and practice of badminton teaching and provides a new reference direction for badminton teaching on the basis of summing up the previous research on the evolution and innovation of traditional badminton teaching mode.
