"The Country Of The Elderly Gas Volleyball In The Country"-Study On The Development Of Gas Volleyball In Heyuan Yuancheng

The gas volleyball sport is a relatively young sport.It has only been in existence for more than 30 years since its birth.With its unique sports characteristics,it is deeply loved by the people.In December 2017,the source city of Heyuan City successfully established the “ National Civilian Volleyball Township ”.The development of gas volleyball has reached a new height and is at the forefront of the country.Many experiences in the development process are worth learning from other regions.This paper takes the development status of gas volleyball in the source city of Heyuan City as the research object,and uses the literature method,field investigation method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method and other research methods to select the 2018 Heyuan urban unit gas volleyball(Yuancheng Division).The participants of the league's gas volleyball players,coaches and referees are the subjects of the survey,understand the development of the elderly volleyball sports in the source city,sum up the successful experience,identify the deficiencies,and propose development measures for better promotion of the volleyball sport.According to the analysis results of this paper,the main conclusions are as follows:1.In recent years,in order to promote the development of gas volleyball in the source city,the district committee,the district government,the district association and the district education and sports bureau have done a lot of practical things,and added the gas volleyball development plan to the work plans of various departments.The development of the gas volleyball sport has achieved remarkable results and is worth learning in other areas where gas volleyball is being carried out.2.Participants in the source city gas volleyball are mainly older,males are more than females.Participants have higher academic qualifications,higher awareness of gas volleyball,longer activities and higher frequency,and volleyball sports.Participants' motivations for participation are diverse.There are many competitions organized by the sports department of the Yuancheng District and enterprises and institutions.The government has certain financial support for the development of the gas volleyball.3.Although the gas volleyball referees in Yuancheng District have national referees,the number of referees is small,and the level of referees at other levels is uneven.It needs to be further improved.The gas volleyball coaches in YuanchengDistrict are mostly athletes with hard-lined foundations.Physical education teachers have rich experience in coaching,but there are certain differences between gas volleyball and hard volleyball.It is also necessary to increase the understanding of gas volleyball.4.There are many factors affecting the development of gas volleyball in the source city.It can be divided into three categories: participant factor,environmental factor and basic factor.The most important factors are the participant factors,including personal interests and personal leisure time.Six indicators of personal physical condition,referee's ability to stipulate,coaching ability,and social instructor's ability to promote.5.The measures for sustainable development of gas volleyball in the source city include: continue to play the leading role of government departments,seek multi-party cooperation;increase the diversified utilization of venue facilities and regular maintenance;improve the business level of coaches and referees,and establish multi-level Echelon;strengthen media propaganda,gradually form a volleyball culture;continue to learn,and strive to improve the organization and management level of the gas volleyball competition.
