Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China,the cause of our party and country has made fundamental achievements,largely due to the assistance of ideological and political education in China.Ideological and political education is a grand system structure.It is necessary to keep pace with The Times if we want to continue to contribute to the construction of a modern socialist country.There are many ways to innovate ideological and political education.The synergetics to be used for reference in this paper is firstly put forward as the rule of natural science,which is mainly the science of studying the interrelation between systems and various elements within the system.Although the theory takes natural science as the starting point,it also has a profound impact on the humanities and social sciences.Is can have a profound impact on the ideological and political education discipline because of the internal factors of ideological and political education is numerous,therelationship between each element is very complex,needs further research and find out which the effect of various factors and weight,so that the various elements in the ideological and political education practice to coordinate,to enhance the effect of the ideological work.The application of synergetic theory in the innovation of ideological and political work methods can help us achieve practical results in ideological and political education.This paper hope that through this paper introduced the related principle of the synergetics,the ideological and political education of the whole process will be open as a nonlinear system,on the basis of existing education related methods to innovate.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly expounds the possibility and feasibility of synergy theory,coordination theory and the consistency of the marxist theory.On the analysis of synergy theory from the theory,the development of the theory and its contains the thinking method and so on are expounded.Hakken’s theory of synergetics contains profound materialist dialectics,which makes it possible for ideological and political education to learn from the theory of synergetic writing.At the same time,China’s ideological and political education methods have many shortcomings,synergetic learning can just solve these problems,the reform of ideological and political education methods to provide a feasible basis.Secondly,the prediction and analysis method of ideological and political education based on fluctuation principle is expounded.From the perspective of synergetics,the change of an external factor will have a significant impact onthe overall structure,and even a small change is of great significance.In real life,new developments in the fields of economy,culture and politics,as well as various events encountered by the educational objects themselves,may lead to changes in the overall thoughts and behaviors of the educational objects.In this part,we integrate the fluctuation phenomenon in the coordination theory into the ideological and political education work.Through a series of analysis and combination,we hope to effectively grasp the change of the thoughts and behaviors of the educational objects,and then take corresponding countermeasures to correctly guide and inspire the educational objects.The decision-making method of ideological and political education based on servo principle is explained again.In the whole process of ideological and political education,decision making is undoubtedly the most important step for a task.A good beginning is half of success,and a good beginning is decision making.The concrete way to introduce synergetic theory is to find the goal of decision by order parameter in ideological and political education and put forward feasible scheme based on order parameter.In addition,it should be pointed out that all factors should be considered comprehensively in the decision-making process and a complete decision-making effect evaluation system should be established.Finally,the feedback method of ideological and political education based on the theory of collaborative domination is explained.This method can truly establish the dual core status of "teaching and learning" in the process ofeducational practice,ensure the realization of the synergy among educators themselves,educators and educational objects,and educational objects,and on this basis realize the order parameter-oriented feedback mechanism.In the whole process,we should always pay attention to the internalization of the educational objects,and construct that the educational objects can participate in all aspects of educational activities,and teachers and students can learn from each other in this process,and work together to achieve the goal of ideological and political education.Learning valuable experience from synergetic theory can not only promote the innovation of ideological and political education methods,but also follow the practical process of ideological and political education.All processes are closely linked on the basis of synergetic learning,highlighting the integrity of the transmission of education process.
