| With the development of the reformation higher education, the population of college graduates is more and more increasing, through graduation problems caused by a diverse, complex trend, university graduates’ ideological and political education has been highly focused by society. At the same time university graduates’ideological and political education make huge progress, also has some shortcomings. Therefore, it must be undertake innovating, in order to realize the goal of university graduates’ideological and political education. The present study aims to explore the innovative way that ideological and political education for university graduates.From the national university graduates, university graduates in Guangxi area, to the2011session Guangxi University graduates in three levels of university graduates’ ideological and political education, on the basis of the analysis of university graduates’ ideological and political education, analysis the features and demands of university graduates, put forward to the urgency and necessity of innovation of ideological and political education. According to the above, with the inter-subjective ideological and political education theory, innovation of ideological and political education theory and basic principles of curriculum theory as a foundation, put forward to innovation way:emancipate the mind, keeping up the times, pay full attention to university graduates’ideological and political education innovation; clear objectives, classification is directive, realization of university graduates" quenching engineering"; dynamic tracking, all cent union, carry out a full range of adaptability education; transformation of management, people-oriented, set up perfect service system of university graduates; the main incentive, multivariate and interactive, comprehensive integration all kinds of resources of ideological and political education; pioneer drives action education, give full play to the role of the grass-roots party organization of Party members. In addition to encourage and pay attention to university graduates’ideological and political education innovation; constantly to sum up guiding university graduates’ideological and political education work experience; efforts to achieve university graduates "quenching engineering" three aspects of the related policy support. |
