With the continuous development of China and the increasing demand for college students,it is difficult for public colleges and universities to meet the market demand,especially for the large gap of technical talents,so private colleges and universities have emerged to supplement the market demand.Since the implementation of the policy of university enrollment expansion,the number of university graduates in China has increased substantially.Since 2008,the speed of China's economic development has been slowed down by the impact of the world economic crisis.Graduates of private colleges and universities in China are affected by many objective factors which are congenitally inadequate,and are discriminated against in the national public employment policy.The employment difficulties of college students in private colleges and universities have greatly affected the development of private colleges and universities.They have to pay attention to employment work,improve the level of employment service,take a large number of effective measures to promote employment,and have made some achievements.However,with the continuous development of society,there are still many problems in the employment guidance service of private colleges and universities.Before 1999,undergraduate diploma was an important knocking-on brick for job application.However,with the entry of private colleges and universities,a large number of graduates from colleges and universities poured into the human resources market,which led to the devaluation of undergraduate diploma,resulting in the situation that many graduates from colleges and universities could not be low or low.Many graduates from private colleges and universities had weak academic qualifications and employment ability,which also had a tremendous impact on employers.It has become a great waste of human resources.Taking CM College as an example,this paper investigates and analyses the employment situation of the new graduates of this private university.In 2015,there were 2811 graduates of CM College,823 of them were arts undergraduates and 1988 of them were Arts undergraduates.The number of CM college graduates shows a gradual upward trend every year.The quantity and quality of employment demand is significantly lower than that of the same period last year.Employment problem has brought heavy pressure and burden to the school.How to better improve the employment ability of college students from the perspective of market demand is a key issue.Taking CM College as an example,this paper uses case analysis,literature analysis and investigation methods to analyze and demonstrate both sides of the employer and the university.Through the analysis,it reflects the current situation of the employment problem of college students in private colleges and universities in China.There are three main factors in the employment problem of college students in private colleges and universities: external factors,internal factors and college students' own factors.Based on the analysis of market demand,this paper finds out the main problems existing in the process of CM college students' employment,and formulates corresponding solutions,so as to better solve the problem of CM college students' employment ability.This paper tries to explore how to improve the employment ability of college students in private colleges,improve their employment awareness and ability,cultivate their professional quality and ability,improve the employment rate of college students in private colleges,and provide applied talents for enterprises in line with market demand.
