In recent years,the academia has paid more and more attention to comparative research,and textbook comparative research has become a hot spot.In the aspect of vertical comparison,most of the research contents focus on the comparison of textbooks since the founding of new China.In terms of horizontal comparisons,most are compared with economically developed countries such as the United States,Britain,Russia and Australia.There are also comparisons between textbooks published by different publishing houses in China.However,there are relatively few studies on the overall comparison of vocational high school textbooks,and the comparison of vocational high school mathematics textbooks is even less.In this paper,two sets of vocational high school mathematics textbooks of the people's education edition and the higher education edition are taken as the research carrier,and the system structure,content selection and compilation as well as the configuration of sample questions of the two sets of textbooks are studied and analyzed by literature research method,statistical analysis method,content analysis method and comparative research method.First of all,this paper introduces the way of organization of textbooks,from the framework structure,column setting and layout setting of textbooks,to understand the system structure of textbooks,to deeply understand the essence of textbooks,so as to correctly grasp the key of textbook design.Secondly,the knowledge content of the two sets of textbooks is compared.Based on the similarities and differences between the two sets of textbooks,this paper analyzes and compares them.In terms of the differences between the two sets of textbooks,the author further elaborated the differences between the two sets of textbooks in terms of the explanation methods of some knowledge points,the description of some definitions and theorems,the introduction of definitions and theorems and the treatment of key points,so as to analyze the similarities and differences in the teaching contents of the two sets of textbooks.Thirdly,the examples are compared.The examples have always been an important part of mathematics textbooks.The achievement and realization of mathematics teaching goal cannot do without a certain number of examples.Example configuration mainly compared the number of two sets of textbook example configuration,as well as configuration material.The conclusion is drawn that both sets of textbooks embody the spiraling and progressive ideas in content setting.In the arrangement of knowledge content,the basic knowledge is highlighted and the design of basic knowledge is emphasized.The content is set from the simple to the deep,and the level by level,so that the knowledge before and after is closely linked.The configuration of the sample questions is based on the basic questions,so as to enable students to master the basic knowledge.However,the two sets of textbooks have not been republished since 2009,so the two sets of textbooks should be strengthened in the use of computers as auxiliary teaching tools,and at the same time,the idea of serving professional courses should also be reflected in the textbooks.
