| As one of the important courses of college sports majors,volleyball class is inseparable from the use of teachers’ teaching methods.According to the actual teaching practice,teachers must complete the teaching objectives within a certain class time,and will inevitably ignore the students’ interest in learning volleyball.Therefore,what kind of teaching methods are used in volleyball class can fully stimulate students’ interest in learning volleyball,effectively improve the efficiency of volleyball classroom teaching,and prompt students to accurately and quickly master the corresponding technology in a limited time,which is a question worth pondering.Many related studies have shown that representation training as a kind of psychological training method is not only widely used in athlete training and competition;but also in the process of physical education,the use of representation training has positive significance for the improvement of teaching quality.This paper takes 78 students from the 2017 Chinese-level volleyball general course of Physical Education in Inner Mongolia Normal University as the research object;using the methods of literature,questionnaire survey,teaching experiment method and data statistics,this paper studies the application effect of image training in the professional volleyball course for college PE major.The comparative analysis of the data obtained from each of the three classes shows that:1.After the experiment,the gait scores,passing scores and theoretical test scores of the three classes were cross-tested respectively.The results showed that in the same part,the comparative analysis used the representation training and the traditional teaching method showed P<0.05.Significant difference.And by comparing the final test scores of each class,the use of representation training is significantly better than the traditional teaching method.2.Representation training can improve students’ ability to represent.There were significant differences in the imaging abilities of the three classes after the experiment(P<0.05).From the analysis of the degree of change in the ability of the students before and after the experiment,the performance of the students before and after the experiment increased from 76.85 to 88.19,the biggest change;the second class increased from 77.38 to 79.31,the change was the smallest.It can be seen that the basic part of the use of representation training in a class is most effective.3.The use of representation training can enable students to quickly establish the appearance of the movements learned,shorten the time to master the movement technology,increase the number of movement techniques,improve the students’ self-correction ability,improve the learning efficiency,and then make the students’ performance significantly improved.4.The use of representation training enriched the volleyball teaching method,increased the opportunities for teachers and students to interact and cultivate students’ self-learning ability.In addition,the setting of the representational teaching link is easy to attract students’ attention,stimulate students’ motivation and interest,and encourage students to actively think about what they have learned.5.Through experiments,the factors influencing the representation training in volleyball teaching mainly include student factors,teacher factors and other factors.Among them,the student factors include interest,learning attitude,consciousness and representation ability;teacher factors include teacher teaching organization timing,teacher representation teaching guidance,teacher correct representation guidance and teacher arrangement representation practice time;other factors in volleyball venues,equipment and students attending classes The atmosphere at the time has a certain influence on the appearance of the image.This study explores the application effect of representation training in college volleyball general courses.Through the analysis and summary of the experimental results,it provides a certain foundation for the better application of the representation training in the college volleyball general course,and the teacher is more likely to stimulate students’ interest and improve the students’ performance faster. |
