In recent decades, the problem of obesity among young people and adolescents has gradually become a very serious social problem. As one of the main weight loss interventions, exercise is not only beneficial to the growth and development of young people and adolescents, but also simple, economical and reliable, and has great superiority. The effects of different exercise programs are not the same.Reasonable choice and adjustment of different exercise modes, different exercise times, different exercise frequencies and different exercise intensity to seek the best overall effect of the exercise program for obese people. The meaning of weight loss is especially important.Meta-analysis is a method of combining and summarizing the results of multiple similar studies, which can increase the sample content and improve the test efficiency from a statistical point of view.Especially when multiple research results are inconsistent or not statistically significant, the meta-analysis method can be used to obtain a comprehensive analysis result closer to the factual situation. This paper aims to systematically analyze the literature data of various exercise programs on obesity youth and juvenile weight loss through the Review Manager 5.3 system, using the Meta analysis method to understand the differences between different exercise programs for obese youth and adolescents. The impact effect provides a scientific and reasonable basis, and the analysis gives a reasonable exercise plan to interfere with obesity youth and adolescents to achieve weight loss.Based on the meta-analysis method, the selection criteria for the included literature were collected, and the same type of randomized controlled and non-randomized controlled experimental research results and 34 academic papers(42 studies)were collected.According to the research needs of this paper, reasonable selection schemes and divisions are used for comparison. In the study of the differences in different modes of exercise, the three modes of exercise: aerobic exercise,high-intensity intermittent exercise, and aerobic combined resistance exercise were selected(research, the effect of simple resistance exercise on obesity and juvenile weight loss)The lack of research literatures that meet the inclusion criteria only retrieved 3 articles and could not meet the research needs of this paper. Therefore, the effects of simple resistance exercise on obesity youth and juvenile weight loss were not analyzed. In the study of the differences in different exercise time(cycles),the selection of "sports intervention time(cycle)less than 12 weeks and exercise intervention time(cycle)included and above 12 weeks" was selected.Among the differences in the study of different exercise frequencies,"the exercise frequency is less than 4 times/week and the exercise frequency is included and higher than 4 times/week" is selected. The same kind of data is screened and summarized, and the processed data is entered into the system Review Manager 5.3,heterogeneity analysis is performed, and the effect model is selected to comprehensively evaluate the effect amount. The funnel plot was drawn, and the bias analysis was carried out. Finally,a comprehensive analysis of a certain index was used to prove the weight loss effect on obese youth and adolescents under the intervention of different kinds of exercise programs. The analysis results are as follows:On the level of effects of different exercise methods on obese youth and adolescents, aerobic exercise improves total cholesterol,triglycerides,high-density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein, maximal oxygen uptake, and systolic blood pressure in obese youth and adolescents. And diastolic blood pressure index, compared with other sports,it has a more significant effect and effect.Aerobic combined with anti-resistance exercise has a significant effect and effect on improving the body mass index BMI,body weight and body fat percentage of obese youth and adolescents.High-intensity intermittent exercise in obese youth and adolescents lose weight, compared with other sports, weight loss has less effect. On the level of intervention effect on obese youth and adolescents at different exercise time(cycles),higher than and 12-week interventions have significant effects or best on improving body mass index BMI,body fat percentage and body weight of obese youth and adolescents.Effective.Interventions with exercise time below 12 weeks had no significant or non-optimal effect on improving obesity indicators in obese youth and adolescents. At the level of effect of different exercise frequencies on obese youth and juvenile intervention, exercise frequency of less than 4 times/week has a significant effect or best effect on improving body mass index BMI,body fat percentage and body weight of obese youth and adolescents.Interventions with a higher frequency of exercise and containing 4 times/week have no significant or non-optimal effect on improving indicators of obese youth and adolescents.A meta-analysis of various obesity indicators by different exercise programs concluded that the aerobic exercise method improves serum and total cholesterol,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein, and lowdensity lipoprotein levels in obese youth and adolescents. The cardiopulmonary function indexes of oxygen, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure are more effective. The aerobic combined resistance exercise mode is more effective in improving the body composition indexes of BMI,body weight and body fat percentage in obese youth and adolescents. The exercise time is higher than the 12-week exercise cycle, and the exercise weight-loss program with exercise frequency less than 4 times/week is more effective for obese youth and adolescents.
