Tennis is an elegant and fashionable sport that integrates fitness,entertainment and making friends.In recent years,the development of tennis has become popular rapidly in China.More and more people like this sport.In colleges and universities,tennis public elective course is often a popular "star course" among students.For a long time,the traditional teaching logic has been used in most tennis teaching to guide students' tennis skills.In the past,our teaching logic believed that only by learning tennis technical movements well,can we play tennis well.This kind of teaching logic has a remarkable learning effect in the practice of swinging rackets or hitting balls in situ,and can effectively help students learn and consolidate the basic tennis skills.Operative action.Because tennis is different from other sports in that tennis belongs to the sport of holding equipment,which is to complete the sport by holding sports equipment.In addition,compared with badminton and table tennis and other sports,tennis and racket weights are significantly larger,so in the process of tennis skills learning,many people do not receive regular tennis skills training,resulting in the formation of erroneous movements not corrected in time,resulting in tennis injuries and eventually have to leave the sport.The traditional teaching logic enables students to fix "standard" technical movements and then practice batting,which can effectively prevent the occurrence of sports injuries.However,the traditional teaching logic also has great drawbacks.It is easy for students to imitate technical actions mechanically and lack of "tennis consciousness" level thinking,which leads to the embarrassing situation that students often fall into "action,but not play ball".Although the traditional teaching logic has played a certain role in students' understanding,understanding and mastering technical movements,the single and one-sided demonstration teaching not only suppresses students' interest in learning tennis,but also seriously restricts the cultivation of students' active learning and independent thinking ability.In terms of teaching order,the teaching order of "static before moving" and "technical exercises before skill learning" delays students' familiarity with ball sense and hinders students' understanding of tennis matches.Therefore,the learning principle of open sports skills is not to deny the importance of sports technology learning,but to emphasize that students should learn sports technology in the overall environment to improve the practicability of sports technology.Therefore,under the guidance of the open learning principle of sports skills,it is urgent to solve the problem of tennis teaching to decode and reconstruct the traditional teaching logic.The research adopts the methods of documentation,expert interview,questionnaire survey,experiment,logical analysis and mathematical statistics,and takes the rebuilding of the teaching logic of tennis skills as the research object to conduct a comprehensive qualitative and quantitative research.Qualitative research results show that compared with the traditional teaching logic,students show a more active classroom atmosphere in tennis teaching under the guidance of the open learning principle of sports skills.Students believe that the classroom under the guidance of the new logic is a "play in learning,play with learning" classroom.They also enjoy the tennis belt while learning sports skills.Give them pleasure.Compared with the traditional teaching under the guidance of teaching logic,students show a higher enthusiasm for tennis teaching under the guidance of new logic,and show a higher motivation to continue to participate in tennis.Quantitative research results show that compared with the traditional teaching logic,students under the guidance of the open learning principle of sports skills in ITN international networking technology level test have better learning effect of forehand stroke than the control group,and in the evaluation index of tennis skills,they are also better than the control group,and in the retention test after two weeks,they retain their skills.The degree is better.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.Tennis teaching logic guided by the open learning principle of sports skills presents the order of "from movement to static",from sports skills to sports skills,combining with tennis teaching situation;while the traditional teaching logic is "from static to dynamic",from sports skills to sports skills,to situational teaching order,which is not conducive to the learning and palm of tennis,an open sports skill.Hold.2.The tennis teaching logic guided by the open learning principle of sports skills makes it possible for students to learn tennis skills instead of practicing tennis skills,which is conducive to the long-term development of motor skills learning.3.The tennis teaching logic guided by the open learning principle of sports skills is conducive to arousing students' interest in independent learning,encouraging students' sports participation and promoting the formation of students' tennis consciousness.
