With the promulgation of the Standard of Chinese Curriculum in Senior High School(2017 Edition),project-based teaching,as a teaching method that can improve the effect of Chinese learning to the maximum extent,has gradually entered our field of vision.Using the methods of historical comparison?questionnaire investigation?case study?text analysis and so on,the author probes into the practical significance of novel thematic teaching from the four levels of curriculum?textbooks?teachers and students,from the perspective of thematic teaching of high school novels.At the level of curriculum reform,it is beneficial to promote the turn of curriculum function;at the level of textbook preparation,it is beneficial to strengthen the integration of curriculum resources;at the level of classroom practice,it is beneficial to strengthen reading and writing teaching?improves the depth of teacher-student dialogue and highlights the openness of learning content.This paper discusses the status quo of the implementation of project-based teaching of novels.In the aspect of choosing the learning content,the students think that the content dimension of the novel project-based learning is multi-element?the gradient is gradual and the correlation degree is consistent;in terms of the choice of learning methods,although there is still a phenomenon of teacher-centered instruction,teachers and students are working hard to change this situation,86.96% of students believe that“The method of project-based learning of novels often(including always)combines students' self-study?teachers' teaching and teacher-student communication”;in terms of the maintenance of learning state,the learning state after project-based learning reduces the overall state of project-based learning,in the future teaching,teachers should focus on strengthening students' reflective ability;in terms of the breakthrough in learning challenges,the existing problems of project-based novel learning sometimes increase the amount of Chinese learning tasks?extend the time of Chinese learning?occupy the time of learning other courses,which are universal and will not be different because of the nature of the school.This paper discusses the effective way of teaching novels,teachers should focus on the four dimensions of language construction and application?thinking development and promotion?aesthetic appreciation and creation and cultural inheritance and understanding of core Chinese literacy to determine the teaching content and implement the teaching plan.This paper puts forward that portfolio evaluation or electronic portfolio evaluation should be taken as the evaluation method,combining quantification with quality?advocating diversification of students' learning styles ? monitoring students' learning status and giving consideration to students' learning process and learning results.This paper discusses the evaluation and feedback of project-based teaching of novels.The implementation of project-based teaching plays an important role in adjusting the course structure?improving teachers' ability?stimulating students' potential and improving the quality of teaching.This research aims to explore the significance and prospect of the implementation of project-based teaching?the progress and challenges of the implementation of project-based teaching of high school novels,and strive to provide effective suggestions for the further implementation and development of project-based teaching of novels,so as to bring some enlightenment for high school Chinese teachers to fully understand project-based teaching.
