Socialism With Chinese Characteristics For College Students In The New Era Study On The Cultivation Of Labor Values

Labor is unique to human society's most basic social practice activities,is one of the people to have a purpose,consciously transform nature and the practical activities of human society,is also the foundation of the survival and development of human society,is of very important significance for the development of human society,human society is rely on labor to development and the existence,without any a nation can exist without labor.Labor values about labor value and subjective view and understanding of meaning of labor,a correct concept of labor value can help people the right to see and treat labor,labor to help people know how to respect and love of labor people,cherish the work achievement,with active labor enthusiasm into productive labor,and make contributions to create rich material and spiritual wealth.But the wrong labor value idea can control people to make the opposite labor attitude and the labor choice,and brings the negative influence to people's life and the social production.College students as a new era of builders and successors of socialist cause with Chinese characteristics,to achieve the mission of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,their labor value conception correctly or not is not only relationship with their own art can be a comprehensive development of morality,intelligence and physique,also affects the whole society to a certain extent for labor value idea and the understanding of the value orientation of labor issues.This paper takes the basic theory of marxist labor concept as the research foundation,USES the literature research method and the questionnaire survey method to carry on the research,altogether divides into the introduction and the text two major parts.The introduction describes the background of the cultivation of socialist labor values with Chinese characteristics for college students in the new era,the theoretical and practical significance of the research on this topic,the research summary of labor values and related content at home and abroad,the research ideas and methods of this paper,and the key points and innovations of the research.The first part of the text is an overview of the socialist labor values with Chinese characteristics in the new era through literature research.The content includes: the meaning of labor values,the elaboration of the main viewpoints of marxist labor values,the summary and summary of the content and basic requirements of socialist labor values with Chinese characteristics in the new era according to the basic viewpoints of marxist labor values and the actual development situation of contemporary China.The second part of the text introduces the current situation and problems of Chinese socialist labor values of college students in the new era.First of all,this paper analyzes the specific situation of the labor values of college students in five universities by means of questionnaire survey,and concludes that the labor values of college students are generally in a positive state,and confirms the achievements made by colleges and universities.However,through the in-depth analysis of the questionnaire,it is found that there are many wrong ideas in the labor values of college students.Lack of understanding of the nature of labor,contempt for manual labor and manual workers,the spirit of craftsmen and model workers,the lack of creative labor consciousness.The third part of the body is of a new era of college students the labor value of socialism with Chinese characteristics analysis of the causes of problems and the cause of the problem mainly exist the following situation: the influence of a labor concept is wrong,the second it is college students lack of working experience in the growth process,the three is the school labor values education of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The fourth part of the text puts forward countermeasures to cultivate the socialist labor values of college students with Chinese characteristics in the new era.First of all,we should strengthen the theoretical and practical education of socialist labor values with Chinese characteristics.Secondly,we should establish the cooperative mechanism of labor values education with Chinese characteristics.Finally,we should innovate the way and method of labor value education of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
