With the concept of lifelong education taking root,the requirements of teacher professional development and continuing learning in the master's stage of teachers have gradually evolved into a hot topic noticed by all the present society.As the rapid development of postgraduate education,the current training mode has problems such as integration of theory with practice and the contradiction between work and study,which have become one of the main factors restricting professional development of teachers.Therefore,with such support from policies and the guidance of modern information technology,a new paradigm of master's training--online program is promoted,which is of great significance for promoting the development of teacher education and improving the quality of teachers.This paper attempts to take the online training program as the entry point,which explores the implementation of Michigan state university's Master of Arts in Educational Technology online program based on TPACK framework.This paper consists of five parts:The first part,sticking to the principle of multi-view,which focuses on exploration of the foundation of education master online program in the United States.In the second part,choosing master of arts in educational technology of Michigan state university as case study,and analyzes the evolution of online project.The third part is devoted to the discussion and analysis of the implementation of master of arts in educational technology of Michigan state university in the United States,and summarizes the distinct characteristics of the program,so as to lay a foundation for the implementation effect of the program.The fourth part focuses on the implementation effect of master of arts in educational technology of Michigan state university in the United States.What's more,the factors influencing the implementation of the program,which from the collection of external and internal factors.In addition,the paper tries to analyze the problems of the program and strive for the possibility of achieving more space.
