TMPCK is a key influence factor in Mathematics teaching,and is a core evaluation index in Mathematics teachers’ professional development.On the basis of the foreign and domestic research in development of TAPCK and MPCK,an investigation and study on TMPCK of Mathematics teachers is not only suitable to development trends of research on TMPCK,but also significant for deepening Mathematics education reformation in our country.This research is aimed at investigating and analyzing primary school Mathematics teachers’ TMPCK in partial areas of Huanggang,and this research mainly discusses four problems:(1)How is the overall performance of primary school Mathematics teachers’ TMPCK in partial areas of Huanggang? And what is the specific performance in four dimensions?(2)Are there any differences among different areas? And did teachers’ characteristic factors(gender,age,educational history,major,teachers’ seniority,job title,etc)have any influences on teachers’ TMPCK?(3)What are the main sources of primary school Mathematics teachers’ TMPCK?(4)What are the characteristics of an excellent primary school Mathematics teachers’ TMPCK?Literature research,questionnaire,case analysis,individual interview and statistical analysis are adopted in the study of primary school Mathematics teachers’ TMPCK.This research gets some conclusions:(1)The overall performance of primary school Mathematics teachers’ TMPCK is qualified in partial areas of Huanggang,and the performance in four dimensions is different.(2)Four sample areas have significant differences.There are significant differences in gender,age,and major.There are not significant differences in educational history,teachers’ seniority,and job title.(3)Reflection on classroom teaching,communication with colleagues and watching of excellent teachers’ teaching are not only the main sources of primary school Mathematics teachers’ TMPCK in Huanggang,but also the characteristics of an excellent teachers’ TMPCK.The innovation of this research :(1)Based on some existing concepts of TPACK and MPCK,the theoretical framework of TMPCK come forward.(2)Based on some existing evaluation frameworks of TPACK and MPCK,the questionnaire of primary school Mathematics teachers’ TMPCK is established.The limitation is that this research still need to be improved the quality of qualitative research,and increase the sample size to study primary school Mathematics teachers’ TMPCK. |
