Talent cultivation is the fundamental function of higher education, and undergraduate teaching will affect the quality of talent training.Cooperative learning as a widely used teaching method, its implementation will affect the quality of undergraduate teaching,so this study about undergraduate cooperative learning has a strong practical significance. This paper focuses on undergraduates’ cooperative learning in classroom teaching with the deviant behavior as the foothold. This research sorts out the implementation of cooperative learning, indepth explores the undergraduates’ cooperation deviation behavior and its affect factors through 10 interviewees and 521 valid questionnaires.Although cooperative learning is widely used in undergraduate teaching,it has many problems in the stages of group formation, task division and task assessment, which are closely related to undergraduates’ cooperation deviant behavior. The cooperation deviant behavior of undergraduates is generalized into three categories: lack of interaction, cooperation deviation, insufficient reflection.Cooperation deviation is the most serious deviant behavior and the lack of interaction is the slightest deviant behavior in these three types of deviant behavior. In addition, there are significant differences within the deviant behavior. In general, girls’ cooperation performance is better than boys’;the undergraduate students in ordinary higher education have better cooperation students in ordinary colleges compared with the students of research universities;students who have student cadre experience and cooperative learning experience perform better. The individual, team member, cooperation task, task assessment and teacher all have significant impact on undergraduates’ cooperation behavior.Among them, teacher has the deepest influence, especially teachers’ evaluation and feedback. While the task assessment has a negative impact on undergraduates’ cooperation behavior. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions from the macro and micro two aspects. |
