The professional development of teachers is the top priority of education’s career development,as well as the top priority of education building a quality school.The development of quality school education cannot be based on the sacrifice of balanced development of education.Therefore,balanced development is the premise of building quality school education.Rural primary schools have a large number,a wide distribution and a large number of students,which are the grassroots of the education sector.The education quality of rural primary schools is a key factor that determines the education quality of the whole country,while the education quality of rural primary schools is mainly reflected in the teaching quality of rural primary school teachers.Therefore,to improve the professional level of rural primary school teachers is the fundamental way to improve the education quality and even the education quality of the whole country.Therefore,the overall quality of rural primary school teachers and the improvement of individual quality of rural primary school teachers play a very important role in promoting the professional development of teachers.But for now,the rural primary school teachers’ overall quality level is not satisfactory,even some rural primary school teachers’ professional level is far below the level of professional standards,whether it is a new teacher who have just graduated from school and teaching for many years the old teacher professional level is worrying,and in their professional development also met this notice from all sides many obstacles,which not only hindered the development of rural teachers’ professional level,hindered the development of rural primary school education,and also hindered the development of the teachers’ professional.This paper studies the narration of rural teachers in XXX county,yunnan province,and puts forward corresponding solutions to rural education,which is of certain practical significance to the development of rural education.
