The development of the country depends on education,and the development of education depends on the construction of teachers.However,for a long time,the private secondary vocational schools still stand self-financing,long-term disadvantage because of their identity,the source of operating costs,management and other realities.The student source is the basic survival style of the private schools,so in order to attract more and better students to form the virtuous circle,schools must improve teaching quality,promote its social reputation,won the public recognition,Excellent professional teachers can improve the education quality and increase the competitiveness of the school.How to build up the teachers' team and give full play to the enthusiasm and creativity of the work is the focus of the reform in private schools,private schools need to establish a scientific and effective incentive mechanism to ensure the long-term stable development of teachers.Through the study of the related theoretical knowledge of human resources management,taking Hua Xi school as an example,I use a series of research methods such as literature research,questionnaire,interview and so on to analyzes the basic situation of Hua Xi school teachers.By the satisfaction survey of in-service teachers and the visit to the teachers of separation,the paper empirically analyzes the current teachers incentive problems,such as compensation,performance evaluation management,training.according to the incentive theory in human resources management,this research design incentive scheme and put forward several incentive measures:(1)to improve the internal compensation and welfare system;(2)to effectively combine of class hour wage and performance appraisal;(3)to reform the training system;(4)to improve the school rules and regulations;(5)to make the campus humanities construction,so as to mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers,stabilize their development,promote the construction of teachers,and improve the competitiveness of schools.I hope that the study of this paper can play a reference role for the incentive about teachers of other similar private secondary vocational schools.
