Life Values Education For College Students In The New Era

From the perspective of human being,the value of life is the original and fundamental question throughout the history.As the unique beings in the world,humans must seriously think about the value and significance of their own life.Life values of the college students affects not only the students’ growth,but also their overlooks on the world,life and values.However,the reality is that the life attitudes of college students tended to be negative.They have extreme life behavior and frequent suicide.Many college students are psychologically in sub-healthy state and lack independent rational judgment in face of cardinal questions of right and wrong and has less requirement for their own moral value.So,we must pay attention to these situations.Therefore,as the main platform of education,colleges and universities should consciously assume the arduous task of life values education for college students so as to guide students to grow healthily and constantly explore the meaning and value of life.The study was conducted from the four aspects: firstly,take life value theory in Marxism as theoretical foundation for research on life values education;secondly,analyse the existing problems in current education about life values;then find out corresponding reasons for the problems mentioned in the last part;finally propose the countermeasures to the existing problems which is the key part of the study.It is hoped that the study will benefit the life values education for college students in the new era.
