Since the last century, with the upsurge of women's movement, feminist thoughts have also attracted people's attention. However, for many reasons, women are still at a disadvantage in many aspects. In order to better understand the situation of women, oral history is combined with women, and there are many studies on oral history of women. In this group, there are elderly women.Due to the traditional division of roles and social and cultural reasons, those elderly women born in the old era have problems in many aspects. In this context,it is meaningful to study them. This paper studies the life history of three elderly Mongolian women in pastoral areas by means of oral history. They were asked to review the life history of the four stages: juvenile, adult, middle age and old age,and then interviewed about their life history from birth to old age.Firstly, through the analysis of the three interviewees' physical, psychological and social functions,it is found that they have three difficulties and needs, that is,they need to listen, social communication and accept new things.Second through the use of the theory of life review let them review past life, from the perspective of feminist theory to analyze their situation and learned that the Mongolian older women in every stage of life suffering a setback, they are under the influence of age,not for anything else, their fate is usually in the hands of others. However, due to the role division and mandatory power relationship under the social gender regulation, they are in a disadvantaged position, which limits their development, and most of them can only engage in unpaid work at home. They are also constrained in the traditional moral norms, the relationship between parents and children, the relationship between husband and wife, and the relationship between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law.As a result, they cannot understand their own value and can only bow down and obey in the face of their own destiny. Thus, their subjective consciousness is not brought into play. However,in the whole life history research,it is found that the three interviewees play an unknown role in their life history, which has not received much attention from many people, and they have no listeners. They are unable to talk about their inner feelings and thoughts in their decades of life history. And research significance of this paper is to let them in the process of oral to talk to and let go,to look at the past and to give new interpretation of life, they are at the end of the interview also choose to say goodbye to the past things,to better meet the current and future life, more important is to let people to find their own value, and understand the meaning of life. Finally, this paper concludes that oral history not only traces the precious historical materials, but also timely rescues a fortune in the history of human development. For respondents itself, through the analysis of the value of their needs to find them and resources, their voices can also let more people to listen, study the process of their life is a process of altruism, let the social vulnerable groups a voice,to increase their confidence and their subject consciousness, for researchers,in personal growth, academic ability, and to communicate with others, etc, had the very big improvement. All in all,it is extremely meaningful to study the life history of elderly Mongolian women.
