Urbanization is not a simple change in the proportion of urban population.It is essentially the process and result of human modernization.At present,China has entered a critical period of deepening urbanization,and new urbanization is a new concept derived from the combination of socialist conditions with Chinese characteristics.It is a profound reflection in the process of urbanization in China,and it is also China's development.The future trend is a major change involving the development and progress of social factors such as politics,economy,culture,education and population.This paper regards the new urbanization as the social background of our thinking on education reform,as the social environment that female teachers in education need to produce,and focuses on the situation and changes of female teachers.In the society of continuously promoting new urbanization,the original villages have gradually turned into cities,which have experienced rapid social transformation and cultural changes.The field of education has undoubtedly been affected.The values and lifestyles of urban female teachers in the deep changes How,the past growth experience,the educational process and the traditional gender concept have influenced their teaching development and their living conditions,and how they specifically perceive themselves and develop themselves.Under the double pressure of the urban and rural environment and the gender,the female teachers who are in the center of the new urbanization vortex are living and how they realize their own development.All this has become my focus.Therefore,this study aims to make a retrospective discussion of the life course of the three female teachers.From the perspective of women,listen to their voices,experience their lives,pay attention to the key events of female teachers' school life and family life,and the influence of important people on their living conditions.From the past,they will reflect on how to educate themselves.Reveal the development process of new urbanization with its development.The three female teachers themselves are also experiencing a process of urbanization.The city will shape their minds,concepts,temperament and identity in a specific way,which reflects the adjustment between a rural culture and urban culture.The process of blending cultures is a process of mutual compromise,tolerance and reorganization,and a new process of urban culture.This study adopts the method of narrative research as a whole,and uses “I” as a researcher to go deep into a school that originated from the new urbanization construction—the general school(a pseudonym).In this school,through the interviews,observations,field investigations and other narrative research methods of the three female teachers,starting from the related theories of female existential philosophy and gender,through the life scene of the three female teachers,attention Its work scene analyzes its influence on education and female teachers from the perspective of new urbanization.By asking the three female teachers why they become teachers and how to become teachers,they strive to describe the image of female teachers full and three-dimensional.At the same time,they jumped out of the field of education,and discussed the issues of love and marriage,modernity and confusion faced by the three female teachers in a larger social field,and how the three female teachers adapt to the construction of new urbanization.Adapt to this constantly evolving and changing society.The study found that the narrative surface of the three female teachers seems to focus on the feelings,but the deep is the realization of self-worth.Female teachers are more independent and have more obvious independent choices.This independence is reflected in many aspects such as love and work.The evolution from independence is more about the affirmation and pursuit of self.Women no longer completely depend on men and have their own rules of survival.Most of them are optimistic and cheerful,love life and affirm themselves.The three female teachers carry out the narrative of identity construction in the dual identification of individual identity and social identity through the two major intersubjects of individual and society.
