With the development of the times,the society has higher and higher requirements for talents.Therefore,the state has also put forward higher and higher requirements for school education and carried out educational reform for schools at all levels.High school chemistry is an important course in science education.It is our important responsibility as high school teachers to strengthen students’ basic knowledge,improve students’ discipline quality and improve their comprehensive ability.This article introduces "PDCA cycle" in the high school chemistry classroom.In the early period of the implementation of PDCA circulation pattern in class,I consult a large number of relevant literature,understand the present situation of the research,through the analysis,decision to Mengshan First High School class of 2017 two parallel class 132 students as subjects,a class as the experimental class,one class as that in comparative classes,using two different teaching method in experiment teaching.When implementing the PDCA cycle in class,we should fully grasp the operation process of the four stages of plan(P),implementation(D),inspection(C)and processing(A),and explore its effect on teaching in the teaching process.The results showed that after a semester of study,compared with the traditional teaching method,the average score of the experimental class was 5.16 points higher than that of the control class,which was conducive to the improvement of students’ knowledge level and their interest in learning chemistry to some extent.PDCA cycle can effectively strengthen students’ learning process,enhance their confidence in learning,and improve their understanding of knowledge.In learning PDCA cycle,the teaching model can change the way of students’ learning,help students develop learning initiative,help students form good cooperation consciousness,cultivate the students’ team spirit,improve the ability of words,organizational communication,and form a good interpersonal relationship,help students to improve their own personality,promote the comprehensive quality of students,lay a good foundation for their future social life.
