Early childhood is the foundation of the whole education.Language education in kindergarten plays a key role in the overall development of children in the future,and is the basis for learning language courses and other courses.In this paper,Mongolian kindergarten in B banner of xilingol league are selected as the research object.Through field investigation and methods inquires,the existing problems in language training of Mongolian kindergartens in B banner are carefully analyzed.On the basis of summarizing the existing problems,using the intervention method of social support theory and cognitive behavioral theory,the intervention work of group work has been carried out for three times.Corresponding achievements have been made.This paper is composed of introduction,three chapters,conclusion,references and acknowledgements.The introduction is composed of the purpose and significance of the topic,research overview and research methods.The first chapter elaborates the basic situation of Mongolian kindergartens in xilingol league B banner,the research site,and explains rules and regulations of kindergartens,management and achievements,class and curriculum arrangement and other contents in detail.The second chapter,B banner Mongolian kindergarten small class,large class,middle class language training on the basis of investigation,further analysis of the existing problems.In chapter 3,aiming at the problems existing in the improvement of language training in Mongolian kindergartens in banner B,three different types of group work were carried out by using the intervention method of social work group work and determining the group work objectives,purpose of work and plans.The social workers evaluated the three group work,summarized the achievements in the group work and reflected on the existing problems.The conclusion summarizes the characteristics of language training in Mongolian kindergartens in B banner and puts forward the next research plan.
