A general survey of the relevant policy changes of basic education curriculum reform and the reform of school curriculum practice in recent years shows that school curriculum behavior plays an irreplaceable role in promoting curriculum reform.Only through the school level curriculum planning,can develop in line with the regional characteristics,school tradition,the needs of students school curriculum planning program.To be sure,after more than ten years of independent exploration,the school curriculum planning has been transferred to the current stage of in-depth research.Of this study is to follow the basic steps of the school curriculum planning assessment in compulsory education stage school curriculum planning,for example,based on the existing research building assessment framework and form a scientific and reasonable assessment tool,draw some areas in China a certain number of school curriculum planning text as the research object,in order to obtain data,the level of the school curriculum planning quality through data analysis and description to reflect the stage of compulsory education to the quality of the school curriculum planning text,and according to the results of the empirical survey to improve the quality of compulsory education school curriculum planning strategy and the suggestion,So as to provide theoretical and methodological guidance for primary and secondary schools to better plan school curriculum and improve the quality of school curriculum.Therefore,this paper sets the research perspective on the evaluation of the school curriculum planning scheme in the compulsory education stage,so as to provide theoretical and methodological guidance for the evaluation of the current compulsory education stage.From this basic standpoint,the following three core questions are specifically answered :(1)how to develop a scientific and reasonable evaluation tool for the compulsory education stage school curriculum planning scheme?(2)from the perspective of this tool,what is the quality of the school curriculum planning scheme in the compulsory education stage in a certain region of China?(3)how to promote the development of scientific and reasonable school curriculum planning scheme in the education stage?The research findings of this study are as follows:(1)In general,the quality of school curriculum planning programs in the compulsory education stage is at a medium level;(2)in terms of structure,the school curriculum planning program in the compulsory education stage lacks curriculum evaluation design;(3)The elements of the curriculum planning program are complete,but lack of internal relevance and consistency;(4)the curriculum implementation path is basically clear,but there is no curriculum guarantee mechanism and measures.Based on the research of this study,the authors of the school curriculum planning program and the relevant education administration departments in the compulsory education stage put forward the following suggestions:(1)Government departments: strengthen the curriculum planning guidance and improve the curriculum governance ability based on the top-level perspective;(2)School Self: Based on system thinking,standardize curriculum planning behavior;(3)Teacher group: Actively participate in curriculum practice based on subject identity.
