Performance is the basic content of learning music and an important way to cultivate students' music aesthetic ability.[1] singing is an important way of expression in the music curriculum standard.In 2016,China's first nationwide art education quality monitoring for primary and secondary schools also adopted singing as a test method in the field of performance.The evaluation of music education needs to measure the learning outcomes of students.In the past 50 years,music educators have continuously explored the measurement of music teaching results and constantly updated the evaluation methods and schemes.In this study,two primary schools were selected in H City by random sampling,and 64 students were selected to participate in two test tests before and after the random number table.In this paper,we mainly evaluate the students' staged learning results by means of summative evaluation,and conduct post-evaluation at the end of each semester.By focusing on the learning outcomes of students' singing and learning,the purpose is to help teachers understand the students' achievement of the curriculum standards and to make reference for the teachers to further develop the teaching goals of the next semester.This study used students to perform solo performances and used evaluation criteria to give students quantitative results.And the reliability and validity of the evaluation criteria are monitored according to the score.The primary value of evaluation is to feedback students' learning results and reflect whether and to what extent students reach the standard through learning in a qualitative or quantitative way.Secondly,evaluation can promote students' learning.Intuitive and clear evaluation results can help students better understand themselves.In this study,sub-module evaluation is adopted for evaluation,so that students can clearly understand their strengths,weaknesses and shortcomings in singing learning,build confidence in their good performance,stimulate their internal motivation,and develop themselves better.The evaluation of singing learning results also provides teaching reference for teachers,who understand the problems and links in teaching that need to be improved according to the feedback,and promote the determination of teaching objectives in the next step.According to the evaluation results,attention should be paid to the direction of teaching activities.Meanwhile,the evaluation results also provide a basis for the selection of teaching contents in the next step,and further adjust the progress and difficulty of teaching.
