| In recent years,maker education has developed rapidly in China.More and more educators have realized the importance of maker education in cultivating students.Elementary and middle schools have carried out maker education teaching activities,however there are many problems in the process.A lot of teaching activities just make students imitate,ignoring the cultivation of student’s innovation ability.Creative design,transpositional consideration,modelling iteration are very difficult to find corresponding "enable" method in current education research field.However,design thinking has mature system of ideas,tools and methods in these areas.This study integrates design thinking method system into maker education,constructs a maker education teaching model based on design thinking,and verifies the effectiveness of this model in 3D printing course by experimental research,questionnaire survey and interview.First of all,relevant theories and literature analysis.This study collects and analyzes relevant literature on design thinking and maker education at home and abroad,then analyzes the current research status of design thinking,development status of maker education and teaching status of 3D printing courses.Next,construction of maker education teaching model based on design thinking.On the basis of relevant theory,design thinking method system and analysis of teaching objectives,teaching principles,teaching methods,roles of teachers and students,teaching activities and instructional evaluation,a maker education teaching model based on design thinking is constructed.Finally,research on teaching practice of 3D printing course in middle school.After the construction of maker education teaching model based on design thinking,it is applied to 3D printing class in middle school.Questionnaire survey is conducted on students’ knowledge and skills,process and method,emotion and attitude,and works of students are analyzed to verify the effectiveness of this model.The analysis results of curriculum questionnaire,student works and teacher interview all show that: the teaching effect of the experimental group using the maker education teaching model based on design thinking is significantly better than that of the control group using the traditional "teaching and practicing" teaching model.In general,this study constructs the maker education teaching model based on design thinking,and applies it into 3D printing teaching practice,providing a new idea for the development of maker education teaching activities. |
