For primary school students,a performance evaluation which adapts to the changes of the times and fully reflects their comprehensive qualities has an inestimable effect on individual progress and growth.Through investigating the present situation of primary school performance evaluation,this study combs the content that fits with the present students' comprehensive quality requirements,analyzes the main problems existing in it,sums up the reasons behind it,and puts forward some strategies to optimize the conduct evaluation.This paper takes a district of Shanghai as a point,selects three schools,and takes the fifth grade students who graduated in June 2018 as the object of study.Each school takes three class span as five years of primary school(September 2013 to June2018)for text analysis.On the basis of word frequency analysis,this paper compares the concerns of different teachers and students by means of the combination of manual and rostcm software.In addition,the related teachers,students,parents and other personnel to conduct questionnaires and interviews,summed up the factors that affect the performance assessment writing.It is found that the contents of the existing primary school students' behavior evaluation can not fully reflect the comprehensive quality of the students,or there is a tendency of examination-oriented education.Teachers pay great attention to the classroom performance,homework and writing habits related to their academic achievements,and so on.On the contrary,hygiene habits,thinking performance,creative ability,international vision,etc.,which have nothing to do with academic achievement,will be diluted by teachers.Teachers generally attach importance to the results of the light process of the problem,most of the teachers rely on daily observation and feelings of students to write comments,there is no long-term tracking based on the development of students' comprehensive quality of data accumulation.The formative process of conduct evaluation is made by the head teacher "a pen.""arranged to replace.The written expression of the behavior evaluation is not perfect enough.Teachers avoid the emphasis on the wording of the behavior comment,and some teachers have a distance from the actual requirements of the behavior evaluation,so that the students can not really make clear what their problems are.Optimization strategies: the school should strengthen the training of teachers,help them to set up a comprehensive quality-oriented evaluation view,establish a management mechanism with comprehensive quality as the main body,and strengthen the process guidance of conduct evaluation based on the development of comprehensive quality of students.
