The society needs new talents with innovative consciousness and ability becouse the 21 st century is rapidly developing into the age of knowledge-based economy.The society puts new demands on talents,and the cultivation of talents mainly depends on the school.The traditional teaching-‘teachers are one-way infusion,students passively accept' can no longer meet the needs of students,so teaching reform is imperative.In order to change this drawback,the Yancheng Education Bureau of Jiangsu Province has started a five-year classroom reform of‘Return learning initiative and guide thinking' in the city's primary and secondary schools since 2016.“Return learning initiative”is to give time and space to students,let students learn by themselves,and let students carry out independent study effectively.“guide thinking”is to guide students to think on the basis of“learning”.Combining with the physics subject,the author puts forward the principles that must be followed in the teaching of physical grouping experiments and try to construct classroom teaching mode for the junior high school physcis group experimental teaching under the idea of ‘Return learning initiative and guide thinking'.Firstly,in order to introduce the theme of the course,the teacher needs to create a situation.Secondly,students do experiments in group.Thirdly,students report the result of experiments.Lastly,the teacher shuould summarize timely.The author provide three lesson cases were attached for reference.The author conducted practical teaching in one of the lesson cases.after the end of teaching,the author conducted interviews and questionnaires.The survey results show that the teaching proposition of ‘Return learning initiative and guide thinking' can effectively improve the quality of classroom teaching and improve the relationship between teachers and students.Finally,the author puts forward his own suggestions on the physical group experiment teaching under the teaching theory of ‘Return learning initiative and guide thinking'.
