Study On The Performance Evaluation System Of Basic Coaches In Junior Amateur Sports School Of Handan

Sports carry the dream of national prosperity and national rejuvenation.With the deepening of sports reform,realizing the scientific development of sports and building China into a sports power has become an important part of revitalizing China's great cause.Young athletes are the reserve forces that promote the long-term development of sports.The level of young athletes is inextricably linked with their coaches.Therefore,the overall quality of coaches directly affects the development of sports.The basic coaches are the most basic group in the coaching team and play a crucial role in selecting,training,and transporting outstanding young athletes.At present,basic coaches generally have problems such as single performance appraisal methods and unreasonable evaluation indicators,which have led to the lack of enthusiasm for basic coaches and the innovation of scientific training.As a result,in order to select more outstanding athletes in Handan,and train comprehensive sports reserve talents,and improve the training level of basic coaches,this study takes the basic coaches of different sports projects in Junior Amateur Sports School of Handan as the research object,using the methods of literature research and theoretical analysis,questionnaire survey and interview,expounding the ideas and methods for designing the performance evaluation system for basic coaches,and a targeted performance evaluation system of Junior Amateur Sports School of Handan is constructed.Through the construction and application of this performance assessment system,quantitative evaluation indicators can be formed within the baisc coaches in Junior Amateur Sports School of Handan,and coaches can be encouraged to continuously improve their training levels and continuously improve their training methods,thus selecting more seedling players and using more scientific training methods.Cultivating and transporting more high-quality athletes with all-round development will lay the foundation for the promotion of the overall level of competitive sports in Handan,and further promote the development of the sports industry in Handan.
