With the development of science and technology and the rise of micro blogging in our country,micro-culture as a new form of culture in people's daily lives occupies an increasingly important position.Further,college students volunteer service,which is seen as an important carrier of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,volunteer service mechanism gradually showing its backwardness in the ever-changing.The development of the times requires the volunteer service mechanism to explore the new development path by using the micro culture.This article mainly realizes the degree of understanding and use of micro-culture through the questionnaire survey.As well as it also relates to the participation of college students in the volunteer service,resource service evaluation and social security and so on.According to the survey,in the background of micro-culture,the problems of volunteer service activities in our country are mainly as follows: First,the utilization rate of micro-cultural network platform is low and the application is lack of comprehensiveness.Second,The recruitment of college students volunteer activities are in a single form and the voluntary service projects are lack of extensive.Third,in the volunteer service training process there is a single form in training and training content.Fourth,during the college students volunteer service activities,the organization and management mechanism is not perfect.Fifth,The effect of some volunteer activities is not obvious.Sixth,social security is not perfect.In view of the above problems,this topic puts forward the corresponding improvement and innovation countermeasure.We should use micro-culture to innovate the volunteer service propaganda mechanism to ensure the participation of the main body,enriching the project content and strengthening professional training.And we should strengthen the volunteer service inspection management mechanism to achieve the implementation of the responsibility and improve the coverage of live channels.In addition,we should optimize the effectiveness assessment mechanism of volunteerservice to focus on the experience of volunteer subjects,identifying changes in recipients and enhancing the social impact of volunteerism.Finally,we need to improve the social security mechanism of volunteer service to strength the volunteer service guarantee system and fund support services.This article will perfect the volunteer service mechanism of college students and ensure volunteer service through different levels to play the important role of ideological and political education effectively.
