Along with the implementation of the Two-child policy and the increase of people's life level,people are starting to pay more and more attention to preschool education,while the education growth can not keep up with the population increase,in big cites with lack of education resource,the side structure of education supply need to be solved in time.Recently,the state has enhanced its support for private education,private capital has been brought into the preschool education,the industry is dynamic and full of opportunities.Ivy International Education Group insists its concept of Body of Chinese Education,Implementation of Western Education.The group has brought in advanced education management concept and mode which means knowledge structure and developed education system suitable for the growth of the preschool children.The Ivy Group realizes only the unique education thinking and featured teaching products can win a seat in the competitive education market?From the current point of view,the infant education institutions of social demand and institutional development is imbalanced,the parents expect children to be a good environment for learning,but well-known institutions of preschool education enrollment quota also has a strict limit on the amount,there is high standard school enrollment school enrollment difficult,low standard to.In the current era of development requirements,the early childhood education institutions can adapt to the development of the times,it is particularly important to develop a development strategy in line with the general trend.The starting point of this study,starting from the actual operating situation of ivy preschool education group,focusing on early childhood education industry development of the macro environment,the Ivy Group's own micro environment,based on the existing problems and the group development mode research,combined with O2 O mode of marketing theory,put forward a series of strategic planning and implementation guarantee the development of preschool education group of ivy.Through the analysis of the macro,micro environment and its own development,Ivy children education group carried out a new enterprise positioning,from the initial establishment of preschool education institutions to the comprehensive teaching mode for infants aged 0-6 years.In the curriculum design should pay more attention to the influence of parents on children,through the design of the line of parent-child activities combining the parents and the school of education;in the development model,to explore the development of preschool education industry O2 O mode,collaborative development of online and offline;on the preschool education products,will further subdivide the audience for child development special products for infants of different ages.The current situation and development strategy of the company requires the group to invest the main force in the network construction,through the combination of mobile phone APP and offline marketing.Ivy preschool education group in the future need to increase investment in marketing,marketing talents continuously,strengthen the construction of the team of teachers,through a lot of carry out public welfare activities,enhance the brand effect of Ivy Group,transfer of corporate values,so as to seize the initiative in the market competition.In addition,this study also provides a reference for other preschool education institutions to explore business marketing model under the new situation.
