Traditional teaching methodology is not sufficient for the demand of the modern 21st century students.Teaching methodology develops over time causing a variety of new teaching approaches to emerge,such as Micro class,Admiration class etc.My real-life teaching experience made me realized that Micro class will be the future tendency,the refore I have implemented it into my work.Micro class can help students organize their knowledge into a system,it also improves their ability to solve questions.The students will learn the abilities of self-motivation and lifelong learning.As a middle school teac her who has benefited from Micro class,I hope to make a contribution for the development of Micro class.Also,as a result of its use a few questions crossed my mind: how to take advantage of Micro class for a better teaching result? How to make Micro class adapt to different types of students? What can teacher learn from preparing Micro class?This thesis introduces a Micro class implementation for middle school geometry.It is based on a theoretical study and questionnaire results which are used as guidance.In this thesis the value,insufficiencies,improvements and the benefits for the teachers are explained during the discussion of the 4 types of Micro class.The thesis contains 5 chapters.The first three chapters present the result of a theoretical study,it explains the reasons behind the questions,the concept of Micro class,the current status of middle school geometry,and how to implement Micro class for middle school geometry.Chapter 4 includes the research of implementing Micro class tailored for geometry.It is introduced into 4 perspectives,they are pre-study,after-class study,practice and improvement and reviewing.In the pre-study section,interactive learning is proposed.Compared to the traditional pre-study methodology,the interactive learning process wil l become easier and will help improve the confidence of students.The after-class study section presents and encourages the use of mind mapping,it turns the knowledge into a system.In the practice and improvement section,a new approach to Micro class is suggested: to adapt to different students,knowledge should be grouped together in similar topics and taking into account the capacity of students.In the reviewing section,students are expected to improve self-motivating and lifelong learning skills.The last chapter of the thesis gives a summary as follows: the experience the teacher can benefit from by preparing Micro class;the effects of Micro class on students;the advantages of imple menting Micro class in middle school geometry and its insufficiencies.
