Research On Legal Education Of Ethnic Middle School In Horinger County

In the process of promoting the rule of law in an all-round way,it is very special and important to carry out legal education for young peoplein minority areas.However,due to the influence of political,economic,cultural,historical and geographical factors,minority areas lag behind other regions in education,students in minority areas have a weak sense of legal system.This paper takes the current situation of legal education in ethnic middle schools in Horinger County as a case study,reflecting on and summarizing the countermeasures of developing legal education in ethnic middle schools.On the basis of the questionnaire survey on the present situation of legal education in ethnic middle schools in Horinger County,the paper uses the data to divide the legal education objectively and realistically.This paper analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the legal education of national middle schools in Horinger County,and then analyzes the causes of the problems.This paper reflects on the problems existing in the legal education of ethnic middle schools in Horinger County,and puts forward the countermeasures for developing legal education in ethnic middle schools.That is to say,facing the present situation,first of all,the school needs to improve the degree of attention to the legal education,to develop the legal education,to integrate the legal education into the class management,and into the construction of campus culture;Secondly,teachers should improve their own legal literacy,integrate legal education into classroom management and classroom teaching;third,closely combine the actual situation of national middle schools to enrich the teaching content of legal education,improvethe legal system teaching method of education,enrich the teaching form of legal education.Finally,the family and society should work together to promote the development of legal education.This paper can also provide a reference method for Hohhot ethnic middle school and other ethnic schools to carry out legal education effectively.
