Just as different scholars have different definitions of courses depending on the perspective of the station,different teachers have different understandings of kindergarten courses.As a final executor of the kindergarten curriculum,the preschool teacher's understanding will directly affect the implementation of the kindergarten curriculum.For the novice preschool teachers who are just starting out,what is the kindergarten curriculum in their eyes?This paper adopts the method of case study and takes the teacher G in F kindergarten as the research object.It mainly collects the original research data through literature analysis,interview and participatory observation,and then summarizes,sorts and codes the data for analysis.Firstly,from the perspective of hermeneutics,this paper presents the course experience of teacher G before and after she joined the kindergarten.Secondly,based on the known status quo,this paper analyzes teacher G's understanding of the kindergarten curriculum and finds out the existing problems in his understanding of the curriculum,and analyzes the factors affecting his understanding of the curriculum.Finally,in view of the problems in teacher G's curriculum understanding,this paper proposes countermeasures to promote the comprehensive and correct understanding of kindergarten curriculum for novice preschool teachers like teacher G,so as to help novice preschool teachers grow into mature teachers better and faster.This study is mainly divided into five chapters:In the first chapter,the introduction part discusses the reason for selecting the topic.Through consulting relevant materials,the author understands the research related to kindergarten curriculum and novice preschool teachers,defines the relevant concepts,and expounds the research significance,research methods and selection of research objects of this paper.The second chapter describes teacher G's encounter with the course before she joined the company and her actual course experience after she joined the company,presenting her course experience and understanding her growth in the course.In the third chapter,through the eyes of teacher G,the author understands his feelings and opinions on the nature of kindergarten curriculum,the design,implementation and evaluation of kindergarten curriculum,and describes and analyzes teacher G's understanding of kindergarten curriculum.In the fourth chapter,on the basis of teacher G's existing understanding of kindergarten curriculum,this paper discusses the problems in teacher G's understanding of kindergarten curriculum essence,kindergarten curriculum design,implementation and evaluation,and analyzes the factors that influence teacher G's curriculum understanding.In the fifth chapter,the author puts forward some countermeasures to improve the novice preschool teachers' understanding of the kindergarten curriculum.
