| With the continuous development of Taekwondo in our country,the athletic level of our athletes has improved rapidly.Taekwondo has made remarkable achievements in the Olympic Games,Asian Games and World Championships for many times.Now Taekwondo has become the dominant event of the Olympic Games.However,the application of Taekwondo develops rapidly.With the adjustment of rules,it restricts the athletes to use the simplest techniques to complete the competition.If the athletes want to gain advantages in the competition,they need to constantly enrich and improve their own technical reserves.The change of scores will guide the use of athletes’ techniques,and will also be introduced in technology,tactics and training.Change accordingly.Therefore,how to maintain the existing advantages of our athletes in this project and further improve the technical and tactical system and enhance competitiveness,is still facing a severe situation on the road of development.The National Games,held once every four years,is the highest level of competition in China,and also the competition that best reflects the level of our athletes.Taking the Taekwondo finalists of the13 th National Games as an example,this paper adopts the methods of documentation,video observation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.Statistical analysis was made on the technical application ofeight players at all levels of men and women,and the characteristics of athletes at all levels were analyzed.Focus on grasping the current situation and trend of the development of Taekwondo events in China,to provide reference for future popular teaching and training of Taekwondo events in China,but also to make a summary and analysis of the competition,to help athletes in the level of technical application.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.From the overall technical application,the techniques adopted by Chinese athletes in the final of Taekwondo in the 13 th National Games are mainly push kick,horizontal kick and down splitting.The scoring techniques are mainly horizontal kick and down splitting,among which cross kick is mainly the front leg horizontal kick.2.From the different parts of hitting,the median technique has been used1062 times,30 times successful,the success rate is 2.82%;the high technique has been used 112 times,17 times successful,the success rate is 15.17%.It can be seen that the use of the leg method in the competition as long as the median technique is used,but the success rate is not high,the high technique is not commonly used in the competition process,only when the opportune time is available.Only then will it be used.In the application of men’s high-level technology,the middle level is obviously higher than the small level and the large level.In women’s competitions,the use of the small-level high-level technology is higher than the largelevel.In the application of high-level technology,the front leg kick and splitting technology are mainly used,while other high-level technology is less used.3.From the point of view of different gender technology application,565 times were used by men,141 times were used by field average technology,609 times were used by women,152 times were used by field average technology.It can be seen from this that there are more rounds of competition between male and female athletes,and the competition is fierce.From the point of view of technical use,the number of push-kick use is not much different,and women kick more in front leg cross than men.Men use more technology than women,and technology is more comprehensive.4.In terms of fouls,there were 24 fouls in the final of Taekwondo in the13 th National Games.Mainly grasp(hug or embrace)the opponent,fall,cross the border,so coaches and athletes have to interpret the new rules in depth,focusing on deepening the understanding of foul issues,reducing the number of fouls in the game,avoiding the opponent score,play a very important role in winning or losing the game. |
