Research On Style Issues Of Students In Huazhong University Of Science And Technology

Style, often refers to as expressed in such aspects as ideology, work and life style of relatively stable attitude or behavior. The style of college students might have subtle effects on students’ growth, and have a profound impact.But the style of college students is easily ignored by parents, universities and college students themselves. Some people even have the thought of score first.From the perspective of specific problems in college students’ style, the research analyzed the reasons of style problems. And finally presented the effective ways of improving the style construction of college students.At present China is undergoing a new round of social and economic reform. In line with the reform needed, we attach great importance to the whole society, especially the style construction for civil servants, and achieving remarkable results. But the style guide for college students seem less concerned. In fact, the social style is largely due to the accumulation in university. So, paying more attention to the style construction of college students can rise a preventive effect. However the current style of Chinese college students is more complex, and even some hidden crisis, specific performances as follows: emphasis on morality but lack of reverence of law; learning actively with utilitarian impetuous; living simple life with weak self-control; Doing student work passionately with some bureaucratic thinking etc. Now a comprehensive deep research is urgently needed for the status quotes and reasons of college students’ style conduction. So that we can help students find a specific way to good style.The author designed a set of study plan, in order to measure and analyze the style of college students, in the aspect of management, psychology, organizational behavior. The research used the questionnaire and depth interview method, to investigate the college students’ style status and problems in Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Taking the frequency analysis and correlation analysis of survey data through SPSS21.0 software, combined with the depth interviews of 10 college students of different professions, gender and graders. So the author found that the college students in present had the trouble of utilitarian, procrastination, addiction to online, bureaucracy and others in style. And the research found that impetuous social atmosphere, lack of moral and legal education, despising of sports, lure of Internet, and a sound mechanism of student cadres selection are the reasons. At last, the research put forward five specific solutions, such as maintaining social justice rules and creating a positive atmosphere.etc.In this study, the ultimate goal is expected to arouse the family, universities and college students to focus on the style of college students, so as to help the college students grow up healthily.
