Research On The Application And Promotion Of Information Management System In Shandong Yingcai University

The new era is an exciting one.With the rapid development of science and technology,information technology is changing with each passing day.New technologies such as cloud computing,big data and mobile computing are constantly emerging.Information technology has been integrated into all aspects of economy,culture and social life.At the same time,the comprehensive penetration in the field of education has led to many changes in educational concept,mode,content and management.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that without information technology,there would be no modernization.The construction of information management system is an important component and driving force of the development of organizational strategy,and the initiative to promote the promotion and innovation of internal management,institutional mechanism and technical services.More than 95% of colleges and universities have built information management system,and the government and universities have invested a lot of money in hardware construction and software services.However,the information technology level of the whole organization is restricted due to the uneven level of information technology skills of the members of the organization.How to effectively promote the application of the existing information management system in Colleges and universities,especially in private colleges,is a topic worthy of study.The construction of information management system in Shandong Yingcai University has taken shape and its application has achieved initial results,but there are still some difficulties in its application and promotion.In order to promote information management reform in Shandong Yingcai University,it is the only way for teachers and students to improve their sense of acquisition and happiness,at the same time,reduce the cost of management operation,reduce the cost of running a school,improve the organization’s ability to resist risks,and actively adapt to the requirements of information management.Through mastering the application and promotion of information management system in Shandong Yingcai University this paper divides the application and promotion of information management system into four parts: organizational system,policy system,technical system and training system based on the perspective of innovation diffusion and system.By consulting literature and school history,the teachers,staff of functional departments and students in Grade 1-4 of secondary college are investigated by questionnaire.Interview with the leaders of major departments such as information,finance,personnel,educational administration,scientific research,study and employment,refine investigation materials,condense main problems,analyze key points and breakthroughs to solve problems,and lay a foundation for proposing optimization schemes and safeguards for the application and promotion of information management system.Firstly,the research background and ideas are discussed.The purpose of this study is to summarize and plan the application and promotion of school information management system in the process of management practice.The significance of the study is to put forward the development direction of information management in the next 5-10 years from a strategic point of view,and to provide decision-making reference for the implementation of the application and promotion of information management system.Secondly,aiming at the specific content of the study,the domestic and foreign literature is sorted out,and the current situation is analyzed from the aspects of the connotation of information management,the composition of information management and the mode of information management.This paper takes innovation diffusion theory,system development theory and process reengineering theory as the theoretical basis of the research,and introduces different application and promotion modes for the application and promotion of information management system in undergraduate colleges and universities at home and abroad.Thirdly,it summarizes the current situation of Shandong Yingcai University ’s information management system,including the development of Shandong Yingcai University,the content of Shandong Yingcai University ’s information management system,the development process of Shandong Yingcai University ’s information management system,the construction and application of Shandong Yingcai University ’s information management system.Fourthly,through the survey of design satisfaction,the difficulties and influencing factors in the application and promotion of information management system in Shandong Yingcai University are analyzed from the aspects of hardware,software,job responsibilities,leadership style,resistance to change,promotion means,promotion mode and information literacy.Fifthly,from the aspects of development planning,team building,personnel training,assessment management,process reengineering,creating atmosphere and knowledge sharing,the paper designs the application and promotion optimization scheme of information management system of Shandong Yingcai University.Sixthly,it puts forward the guarantee system from the aspects of organization,policy,technology and training.Finally,the research process is summarized and prospected,and the insufficiency of the research is pointed out.
