Research On The Application Of Meta Search Technology In The Tibetan Public Opinion Monitoring System

Public opinion in the Tibetan language is to understand Tibetan and Tibetan people in our province which is to get more direct expressions of social and political attitude,meanwhile the public security public opinion is an important way to control and maintenance of the Tibetan social stability.But the Internet especially overseas website contains huge amounts of public opinion in the Tibetan language information,only by artificial way collection is difficult to complete,therefore the Tibetan public opinion information analysis and monitor has been huge influenced,and Tibetan language of the Internet public opinion information is in sub geometric growth,also increased the difficulty and complexity of Tibetan public opinion information collection.The Tibetan public opinion monitoring as an important regulation to be the Internet information guide way in Tibetan areas in our province,in which the Efficiency and accuracy of information become the focus of current research.How to fully and effectively collected from these massive amounts of information to the Tibetan public opinion information for effective supervision,also has become the "public opinion monitoring system in the Tibetan language" primary problem which is facing.Tibetan public opinion is a direct path for social management department to understand Tibetan’s attitude to society and politics,it’s also an important basis of formulating public opinion control strategy and guiding public opinion.With the rapid development of Internet,especially public opinion concerning Tibet contained in foreign websites increasing as geometric series,the difficulty and complexity of collecting and screening Tibet public opinion are increasing.While collection of public opinion is a targeted and timely activity,so it’s seemed that Internet control work related public opinion become passive.Tibet public opinion monitoring system is an important supervision way in Tibetan areas of Gansu province.For this reason,the research on timeliness and accuracy of gathering information become a hot topic for current research.The major research contents are as below:(1)conduct a comprehensive system study on collection technology of public opinion and meta-search engine.(2)Since the current meta-search engine method ignores the text content in the search results,this paper analyzes clustering method of meta search engine query results,propose that VSM(Vector Space Model)of abstract and title in search page could be used to compute texts similarity,agglomerative hierarchical clustering could be used to cluster web pages,to achieve the goal of duplication removal.(3)Design and implement a Tibet public opinion collection which based on B/S architecture of Meta search engine results clustering system.Provide the design principle,structure of main system modules and practical function of each module.The efficiency and effectiveness of the system has been proved by actual operation.Practice shows that the collector has a better dynamic adaptability,can a comprehensive collection of Tibet public opinion information.The thesis research results in the actual work preliminary validation,finally,the deficiencies and future research topics in the research direction was prospected.
