The power of example is infinite.Through examples,we can find our own shortcomings and promote our own progress.Ancient sages have long educated us that "when three people walk,we must have our teachers","when we see the sages,we should think alike,when we see the bad,we should reflect on ourselves","when we look at people as mirrors,we can see the gains and losses." Model education method has also been an important method of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.Peer model research originated from peer education in the United States.Peer role models refer to those who are worth emulating and learning in informal groups with similar age,similar status,interests,hobbies,values,outlook on life and behavior.The peer model of college students usually refers to the advanced,representative and exemplary individuals or collectives among college students,who can have a positive educational effect on other students.Peer model education for college students refers to the way in which colleges and universities select all kinds of excellent students as peer models to guide ordinary students through their advancement,representativeness and demonstration.At the same time,peer model actively helps ordinary students solve difficulties and confusion,and achieves common progress and growth.Peer model education of college students has the characteristics of demonstration,equality,mutual assistance and timeliness.It can overcome the disadvantages of traditional model education,enhance the credibility of peer model,enhance the enthusiasm of peer model learning,promote the overall development and growth of College students,and improve the effectiveness of moral education and the quality of education in Colleges and universities.From the perspective of Bandura's social learning theory and on the basis of drawing lessons from existing research results,this paper combs the relevant concepts and theories of peer model education for college students,and selects five representative college students in Sichuan Province as the subjects of investigation,carries out a questionnaire survey on the objective status quo of peer model education for Contemporary College students,and adopts SPSS20.0 to adjust the situation.Check data for processing.At present,although peer model education of college students has been well developed in Colleges and universities,there are still some problems objectively,such as the weak demonstration of individual peer model of college students and the lack of scientific selection;the poor effect of peer model propagandaand education among college students,the lack of innovative and intensified education activities;the low self-efficacy of college students and the lack of peer model learning motivation;The atmosphere is not strong,lack of measures to strengthen the environment and other issues.The main reasons are as follows: some college students' peer model is weak;the peer model spirit propaganda of college students is not enough;some college students' self-efficacy is not high;the peer model education environment of college students is weak.Then it puts forward the implementation strategies of strengthening peer model education of College students: scientifically selecting peer model and setting up model pole;observing and learning peer model,optimizing learning measures;building peer exchange platform to enhance self-efficacy;creating peer education atmosphere,focusing on environmental cultivation.This not only enriches the peer model education theory of College students,but also provides practical guidance for peer model education of College students.
