At present,there are a lot of literatures about the technical analysis of fosbury flop in China,but most of them focus on the Angle of the hip,knee and ankle joint of the backward two steps and the backward one step in the run-up.The speed and stride length of the last few steps in the run-up;Connection between run-up and takeoff;In the process of taking off,the kicking force,swinging leg rotation Angle and speed;The research objects are all high-level athletes of the national team.Through the literature,found in literature have problems involving up to jump into a pole Angle,but not into the Angle of the rod are clearly defined,also the lack of specific studies on different pole Angle movement effect,therefore,based on the different curve run-up Angle(pole)as the breakthrough point,study different curving approach under the condition of the ceiling support side of technological change.This study try to large,medium and small three different run-up arc as the observation point,by comparing the different spatial dimension to long jump take-off jump change characteristics of lateral support technology,find different run-up arc of takeoff leg joint Angle and the influence of body gravity track kinematic mechanism of explore more conducive to athletes jump run-up arc,by improving the athlete's curving approach to improve the efficiency of the takeoff of athletes,the coaches more green norm of the understanding of the high jump technical structure of the project,the coaches and athletes' understanding of the high jump project.It provides some theoretical basis for teaching and training of fosbury flop.In this paper,the methods of literature review,expert interview,experimental testing,image analysis and other research methods were used to collect and sort out the data of five male juvenile high jumpers' supporting legs in the three different run-up arcs: big,medium and small.From different run-up arc presented data,contrast changes,through the athlete individual overall generality compared between five athletes,find athletes takeoff support joints and speed in different run-up arc Angle and center of gravity track the changes,and looking for technical differences and more conducive to adolescent athlete's run-up arc.Results: 1.In the final step of a familiar run-up curve,the athletes' center of gravity level speed is relatively fast,and the degree of inward inclination in the real moment of the starting jump shows a decreasing trend from small arc to large arc.2.The body tilting degree before the small arc run-up and jump is the minimum,and thebody tilting degree increases with the increase of the arc.At the moment of taking off,the Angle of knee joint and hip joint with small arc was the largest,and gradually became smaller with the increase of arc.3.The maximum height of the center of gravity,the small arc is greater than the middle arc and the large arc.4.The takeoff time is the shortest and the take-off speed is fast when the small arc approach is running.5.The speed of the three arcs in the take-off and landing directions is similar,and the data shows little difference.Conclusion: small arc is more conducive to the increase of takeoff support ability,and small arc has good takeoff effect.Small arc is more conducive to the improvement of longitudinal speed,increase the Angle into the bar can increase the z-axis speed,shorten the takeoff time;Small arcs are more conducive to knee Angle and hip Angle support.The large arc is beneficial to obtain the horizontal velocity before takeoff and the elevation Angle after takeoff.
