With the increasing attention paid to the training mechanism of competitive sports talents in China,the construction and development of traditional sports schools have been vigorously promoted,aiming at improving the physical fitness of young people and exploring and cultivating sports reserve talents,giving full play to the leading and demonstrating role of traditional sports schools,so as to enhance the positive development of Youth Sports in China.Among them,the traditional sports schools play an important role in discovering and training sports reserve talents.The coaching ability of a coach often determines the coaching effect.In this paper,the index of constituent factors is determined by literature,questionnaire and Delphi method.Factor analysis is used to determine the weight of each factor,classify and describe the data.The factors affecting the constituent factors of volleyball coaches’ coaching ability in Shandong traditional sports schools are investigated,studied and analyzed.The coaches’ coaching ability is composed of those important factors,which makes the evaluation system more reliable.Verification is quite sufficient and has been recognized by coaches.It is of great practical significance to study the composition of coaching ability of Volleyball Coaches in Shandong traditional sports schools.It provides theoretical reference value for the coaching of Volleyball Coaches in Shandong traditional sports schools,and also provides reference for the selection and employment of Volleyball Coaches in traditional volleyball schools.It can be used to evaluate the coaching ability of volleyball coaches under similar ecological environment in Shandong Province.The following conclusions are drawn from the study: 1.Most of the volleyball coaches in Shandong traditional sports schools are young and middle-aged people aged 31-55 years old.Volleyball coaches in each teaching period account for a certain proportion and their distribution is reasonable.Bachelor degree and above account for a large proportion,and their educational structure is generally at a high level.In the selection of coaches,volleyball coaches are professional and practical.More attention is paid to it.2.The coaching ability of coaches in Shandong traditional volleyball schools is mainly composed of four dimensions,which are training guidance common factor,special learning common factor,coordination management common factor and organizational decision-making common factor.Training guidance ability is the biggest component of coaches’ teaching ability in Shandong traditional volleyball schools,followed by special learning ability,coordination management ability and organizational decision-making ability.3.Through Delphi method,questionnaire survey method and factor analysis method,the evaluation system is more reliable and fully verified,which has been recognized by coaches and can be used to evaluate the coaching ability of Volleyball Coaches in Shandong Province under similar ecological environment.
