The construction and development of the teaching staff of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities has been deeply concerned and highly valued by the party and the state,and has made considerable progress.The integration of full-time and part-time teachers in ideological and political theory course is an important part of the construction of teachers in ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities.It has theoretical and practical significance in strengthening the teaching reform of ideological and political theory course and enhancing the teaching effectiveness.Through the methods of questionnaire survey and interview,this paper's author studies the survey group of full-time and part-time teachers of ideological and political theory course from Jiangsu(the most primary province)?Sichuan?Henan?Jiangxi?Hubei and Chongqing.This paper is devoted to the analysis and research of survey data,in order to achieve a realistic understanding thinking of the current situation of the construction of full-time and part-time teachers in political theory course.Firstly,this paper gives a basic overview of the amalgamation of the full-time and part-time teachers of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities.By analyzing the connotation,characteristics,theoretical basis,realistic basis and importance of the integration of full-time and part-time teachers in ideological and political theory course,the basic summary of the integration of full-time and part-time teachers is formed in the process of drawing lessons from and summarizing,which provides a more sufficient premise for this study.Based on questionnaires and individual interviews,this paper summarizes the actual situation of the integration of full-time and part-time teachers in ideological and political theory courses from both positive and negative aspects by combining qualitative and quantitative methods.On the one hand,there are some situations in the full-time and part-time teachers of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,such as good overall quality of teachers,strong sense of professional belonging and strong willingness to participate in relevant training.On the other hand,there are also some shortcomings,such as the structure of the two teams needs to be optimized,the connection to each other needs to be strengthened,the integration of educational content needs to be improved,and the mechanism of overall construction needs to be improved.These deficiencies are the result of thecomprehensive effect of various reasons,and are also the predicament of the integration of full-time and part-time teachers in ideological and political theory course.If the integration of the two teams achieves remarkable results,it will make greater value for the optimization of the teaching staff and the orderly promotion of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.To get out of the dilemma of the integration and development of full-time and part-time teachers in ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities,we should start to explore the measures for the integration of the two teams.For example,we should create an internal and external environment conducive to the integration and development of full-time and part-time teachers,optimize the reasonable allocation of full-time and part-time teachers,establish a unified management system for teachers of ideological and political theory course as soon as possible,formulate operable standardized systems for the integration and development of full-time and part-time teachers,and build a platform for the integration and development of full-time and part-time teachers.
