As a new force in the teaching staff,student teacher have new educational ideas and knowledge of educational theory,but the lack of educational experience.The practice experience affects their educational career.Therefore,to understand the current situation of classroom management and the reasons for problems,it is possible to help them get rid of the difficulties of classroom management and promote their professional growth.This paper makes use of literature method,questionnaire method,observation method,interview method and other research methods to study the current situation of classroom management.The thesis is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly expounds the purpose and significance of the research,the content of the research and the research methods,and defines the core concept.The second chapter summarizes the research,combs the existing research literature of classroom management,and elucidates the related theoretical problems.The third chapter investigates the current situation of classroom management of student teacher in G University by means of questionnaire,and analyzes the problems and reasons existing in classroom management.The fourth chapter,based on the investigation results,draws on the existing research results and puts forward the strategies to optimize the classroom management effect of the practice students.The fifth chapter is the conclusion,briefly summarizes the research conclusion and reflection.The study found that there are the following deficiencies in classroom management:student teacher can basically maintain normal teaching order,but there is insufficient experience in classroom routine management,and the classroom discipline is regulated in a single way,and the ability to deal with students 'bad classroom behavior in a timely manner is insufficient,and lack of teaching wit,lack of ability to deal with classroom emergencies,lack of classroom control ability.The main reasons for these problems are: the lack of classroom management courses and corresponding special training in colleges and universities,the vague understanding of the connotation of classroom management by student teacher,and the lack of systematic reflection on classroom management in the course of support and education.In addition,there is a lack of targeted professional guidance for team teachers,a lack of trust from teachers in branch schools,and branch schools have not paid enough attention to the training of student teacher.In view of the existing problems and reasons,this paper proposes the followingstrategies for optimizing the classroom management of student teacher: to improve the classroom management ability of student teacher,to put in place dual tutor guidance,and to recommend setting up an independent classroom management course.It is emphasized that pre-internship training should be more practical and establish a community of teachers to better promote the professional growth of student teacher.
