| In the new economic era,the development of cities mainly depends on the concentration of young talents.Nanjing,Wuhan,Zhengzhou and other cities have launched a "war of grabbing people",Preferential policies have been introduced to attract college students to local employment.Relative to the southern cities,The employment of young talents in northeast China is weak.The attraction of preferential policies is not advantageous.The attraction of preferential policies is not advantageous.By studying the economic data of Dalian,And the employment data of college students in Dalian,Dalian is losing its appeal to local college students.On the basis of summarizing,analyzing and summarizing the existing research results,this paper defines the core concepts of urban attraction and college students’ employment.The "urban attractiveness questionnaire" and interview outline based on basic information and attractiveness factors(policy,environment,enterprise,economy and public service)are constructed.Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative interviews,this paper explores what aspects of the attractiveness of the city to college students,which factors are important factors,and whether the attractiveness of the city to different groups of college students is different,in order to find out the reasons for the lack of attractiveness of the city of Dalian,and put forward Suggestions for improvement.In this paper,14 students graduated from Dalian city were interviewed and 6029 students were investigated by questionnaire and interview.The interview results show that 43 percent of college students consider policy factors when choosing employment location,and policy factor is the most important factor.60% of local college students choose local employment because they are familiar with the natural environment and accustomed to the humanistic environment.Spss16.0 was used to explore the performance of 6,029 students in urban employment attraction problem by using chi-square test,independent sample T test,F test and multiple comparative analysis afterwards.It is known that the most important factor influencing college students’ employment choice is the policy factor of the city.There are twice as many students who don’t work in Dalian as there are students who work in Dalian.College students of different genders,different types,different majors and different hometowns have significant differences on the issue of "whether to stay or not".In addition,from the longitudinal comparison of the data in the past five years from the historical dimension,we know that the ranking of policy factors is rising year by year,and 2018 is the most influential year.Economic and business factors ranked high in 2014 and 2015,and dropped in 2017 and 2018.Through empirical analysis,we know that the policy factor is the most important factor affecting college students’ choice of employment region;.Different groups also have significant differences in the same dimension.From the perspective of the attractiveness of the city,it is necessary to put forward countermeasures and Suggestions from the aspects of government policies,environmental construction,enterprise resource allocation,urban economic development and urban public services,so as to help dalian improve its ability to attract undergraduate graduates,promote its economic development and talent concentration. |
