Research On The College Students' Identity Of Mainstream Campus Culture At Present

Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China,the CPC central committee with comrade Xi Jinping at the core has attached great importance to the building of socialist culture.The general secretary has spoken of cultural confidence on many important occasions and has used it to guide,educate and encourage young people."It is important to clarify the historical origin,development course and basic trend of the excellent traditional Chinese culture.It is important to get across the meaning of the unique creation,value concept and distinctive characteristics of the Chinese culture to enhance cultural confidence," he emphasized.The value orientation of young college students determines the value orientation of the whole country and society in the future.The formation of mainstream campus culture in colleges and young college students' identity towards the mainstream campus culture reflects their attitude towards the mainstream culture and mainstream values.Mainstream campus culture refers to the cultural phenomenon reflected by the combination of Chinese excellent traditional culture,revolutionary culture and advanced socialist culture into the life of college students.It specific include the campus material culture with enterprising information,the patriotic and making the alma mater glorious campus spiritual culture,the open and democratic campus institutional culture,the pragmatic and innovative campus behavior culture,the campus network culture with upstanding atmosphere.It dominates the campus culture system and adapts to the mainstream ideology of society.It reflects the basic requirements of the party,country,society and university development for talent.Due to this mainstream campus culture derived from the common construction of the university and college students.Some college students are not optimistic about the identity of mainstream campus culture.This undoubtedly brings challenges to the implementation of socialist core values and the cultivation of cultural confidence of young college students.Guided by the Marxism,this paper uses literature research and empirical research methods.On the basis of defining relevant concepts and invoking relevant principles,this paper describes the status quo of college students' identity of mainstream campus culture through interviews and questionnaires.The existing problems and their causes are analyzed.The countermeasures to strengthen the mainstream campus cultural identity of college students are put forward.It is mainly composed of the following four parts: Firstly,this paper expounds the research background and significance from two aspects.On the one hand,college students their own inertia and external culture shock.It's a practical necessity that the identity of college students to the mainstream campus culture.On the other hand,college students' identity of mainstream campus cultural is a powerful way to improve the Culturaleducation of Ideological and political education,promote mainstream values and strengthen cultural confidence.Secondly,the core concepts of “campus culture and mainstream campus culture”,“cultural identity and cultural crisis” are analyzed.Three related theories are reviewed for academic foundation of the research.They are Marxist cultural education ideology,the carrier theory of ideological and political education,the basic view of western cultural identity theory.Thirdly,through interviews and questionnaires,this paper describes the current situation that college students have a certain concept and understanding of mainstream campus cultural identity.They can accept and internalize it emotionally.They have the initiative and enthusiasm of active participation.Such as some students' cognitive identity is not clear,emotional identity is not enough,internalized identity is not deep,practical identity is not in place.The main reasons are analyzed,such as the weak subjectivity of identity,the lack of construction or the lack of bad cultural filter.Fourthly,three countermeasures are proposed.Promote the subjectivity of college students' mainstream campus cultural identity.Give full play to the leading role of mainstream campus culture construction in colleges.Strengthen the construction of mainstream campus culture to resist the impact of adverse culture.
