The traditional song and dance of the Yi people is an important part of the life of the Yi people.It evolved along with the development of the Yi ethnic group and interpreted the inner feelings and pursuits of the Yi people.As the most representative cultural heritage of the Yi people,the existence of the traditional songs and dances of the Yi people also cast a mysterious veil on this ancient and magical nation.In order to pass on this long and long-lasting art culture,the relevant departments of Liangshan District proposed a series of methods for the development of traditional song and dance culture of the Yi people according to the national cultural development protection strategy.The most worthwhile discussion is to integrate the traditional dance and dance of the Yi people into the school art education.It inherits,promotes and innovates through the cultural function of education.On the one hand,it preserves the outstanding ethnic minority culture of the Chinese nation,on the other hand,it can also make full use of singing and dancing.The value of art education realizes all-round harmonious progress of students' morality,intelligence,and beauty.However,in the process of incorporating the traditional songs and dances of the Yi people into the art education of the school,due to the constraints of teaching concepts,teaching conditions and culturalawareness,it is necessary to give full play to the artistic education value of the traditional songs and dances of the Yi people and realize the traditional song and dance of the Yi people and the art education of the school.The perfect combination still has a long way to go.The problems of unbalanced teacher structure,general curriculum,lack of local characteristics of teaching materials,and imperfect infrastructure have become major obstacles in the teaching process of the traditional song and dance of the Yi people.In the face of these problems,active and effective measures are particularly important.Adhering to the training of talents,speeding up the construction of teachers,creating teaching conditions,improving infrastructure,optimizing the education system,and promoting the development of national culture and art education can all serve as a way to coordinate the current traditional Yi dance and dance in school art education.In order to better display the problems existing in the art education of the Yi people in Liangshan area,I specially selected the most representative ethnic school in Liangshan area---Dechang National Middle School,which specifically analyzed the traditional song and dance teaching of the Yi people.The specific situation,small and big,reflects the problems and causes of the traditional song and dance teaching of the Yi people in the entire Liangshan area,and puts forwardrelevant suggestions and countermeasures.
