In order to further deepen the reform of basic education,in 2011,the General Office of the Ministry of Education issued the "Notice on the Implementation of the " Sports Art 2+1 Project " in the Compulsory Education Stage,Emphasizing: " The Education Administration Should Integrate Project Implementation into School Sports The art monitoring and evaluation index system for art education will be regularly inspected and supervised to promote the healthy development of the 'Sports and Art 2+1 Project'.Under the macro guidance of the development of the “Sports and Art 2+1 Project” in this country,Since 2014,Changsha High-tech Zone Education Bureau has tried to evaluate the sports and art disciplines of primary school students in this district(hereinafter referred to as “physical and artistic quality assessment”).At present,the “Sports and Art Quality Assessment” has been carried out for more than five years and has been formally incorporated into education.The annual performance appraisal of district schools has become an important starting point for the continuous promotion of the development of sports and art education in high-tech zones.Among them,the “Special Evaluation of Music” in the “Assessment of Physical Fitness Quality” has also attracted the attention of schools,students and parents.This article is divided into four parts.The first chapter introduces the reasons for the selection of the research,research horizons,existing research results,research ideas and methods.The second chapter is the author's experience in personally participating in the "music special evaluation" of Changsha High-tech Zone and related research.The overall elaboration after the investigation and interview of the object,including the evaluation content,implementation steps,evaluation methods and performance analysis of the past years,etc.;the third chapter is based on the implementation process of the evaluation and the results of the past years on the “Special Quality of Music in Changsha High-tech Zone” The analysis of the pros and cons of the “assessment” is on the one hand the value of the “music special evaluation” for the students,the schools under test and the music teachers and the education bureau of the high-tech zone.On the other hand,it is the current “music special evaluation”.The analysis of the deficiencies in the overall program design and the specific operational level;the last chapter is based on the current art assessments and related achievements of various provinces,cities and regions in China,combined with the actual education situation of Changsha High-tech Zone,on the "music special evaluation" Relevant reference suggestions and participation as a witness to participate in the real assessment Related Thinking games aimed at the global,overall perspective for Changsha High-tech Zone "music special assessment" to better contribute to the development of their modest means.
