In China,many students have to pass the exam to enter the school.After entering the middle school stage,the students’ academic burden is increasing,and the pressure for further study is increasing sharply.Therefore,students spend most of their time indoors or study,and they become semesters.The main lifestyle.In addition,the rapid development of the Internet and the emergence of various electronic products in recent years have made the entertainment mode of middle school students tend to sit still.The development of urbanization and technology has led people to rely more on motor vehicles for daily travel.Therefore,the reduction of physical activity level has become a hazard.Important factors for the health of middle school students.In recent years,although the physical condition of Chinese adolescents has improved slightly,the overall level is still worrying.The health of adolescents is increasingly threatened by insufficient physical activity.This article is based on some middle school students in Hunan Province.The survey responded to the characteristics of physical activity and its influencing factors,and provided theoretical basis and scientific guidance for guiding middle school students to form a healthy lifestyle and maintain good living habits.In the early stage of writing,this paper mainly uses the literature datamethod,and consults relevant literature at home and abroad as the theoretical basis.The data were collected mainly by questionnaire survey method,and the combination of stratified sampling and random sampling was used to extract 6 middle schools in Hunan Province.Including 3middle schools in and around Changsha,including Changjun Xiangfu Middle School,Xiangjun Future Experimental School,and Ningxiang No.1 Middle School,and selected three schools in other prefecture-level counties and cities,namely Zhuzhou No.5 Middle School,Taojiang No.1Middle School and Zhangjiajie National Middle School,surveyed the students of the six selected middle schools,and each school distributed about 250 questionnaires.In addition,some students’ physical health test work was completed together with the physical education teachers of the test schools,and some students’ physical health test data were obtained.In the analysis and processing of data,logic analysis,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis are mainly used.The research results are as follows:1.In terms of the selection of physical activity items,in addition to the activities necessary for daily life such as walking,going up and down stairs,the top ten sports for boys and girls are most similar,but boys prefer ball games,such as basketball and table tennis,girls.More preferred for recreational activities such as cycling and outdoor games.2.In terms of physical activity time,most middle school studentscannot guarantee to participate in at least one hour of moderate physical activity every day.The physical activity time of middle school students showed a decreasing trend with the increase of grades,and there was a significant difference in physical activity time between male and female students.There was also a significant difference in physical activity time between middle and high school students.There is an interaction between physical activity time and physical health.3.In terms of sit-in,the middle school birthdays are longer and more than 10 hours,and the sit-in time increases with the grade.The sit-in time on weekdays is generally higher than the rest day,and the sit-in time of girls is generally higher.For boys.In addition,the time for middle school students to attend classes and homework increases with the increase of grades,with an average daily class time of 7.2 hours and a writing time of4.2 hours.In addition,reading extracurricular books and others takes the longest time.Student meditation time was significantly positively correlated with BMI.4.There are significant gender and grade differences in the influencing factors of physical activity and meditation;individual factors such as age,gender,physical and mental quality have an effect on the physical activity and meditation level of middle school students,and the individual’s eating and sleeping habits are also one of the important factors.To ensure 8-10 hours of sleep time,it is conducive to improving the physical activitylevel of middle school students.The mother’s educational level,parental companionship,support,supervision,and family electronic products have an impact on the physical activities of middle school students;the environmental safety around the family and the accessibility of sports venues also have an impact on the level of physical activity of middle school students.The development of school sports and the burden of schoolwork have an impact on students’ physical activity and meditation.5.The comprehensive intervention of middle school students’ physical activities requires families,schools and communities(society)to work together.Family and schools should support students to participate in physical activities,educate and supervise students to form good living habits,and families and communities should provide students with comfort and safety.The living environment promotes physical activity among students in coordination and intervention.
