Research On The Specialization Of Full-Time Social Workers In Social Work Organizations

Since China's implementation of the reform and opening up policy at the Third Plenary Session of the 11 th Central Committee,the gates of domestic and foreign markets have gradually expanded,and the people's material needs have been continuously met,but at the same time,many complicated social problems have arisen,and in order to better To solve these problems and resolve social contradictions,the government's initiative to improve social governance and encourage social forces to participate in social governance has created a good environment for the role of social work,and social work is so good.Whether the environment can effectively play its role is closely related to the professionalization of social workers.The lower the level of specialization,the more restrictive the long-term development of social work and the role of social work in promoting the sound development of society.Therefore,it is worthwhile to study the problems encountered in the current process of social worker specialization.This study adopts a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods.Using questionnaires and interviews,we first selected six research sites in Xi'an,namely Xincheng District,Beilin District,Lianhu District,Chang'an District,Yanta District and Weiyang District.The social workers in the social work organizations of the six research sites were selected as research subjects,80 valid questionnaires were distributed,and 3 institutional leaders and 3 social workers were interviewed.Secondly,the collected data were analyzed using SPSS18.0 statistical analysis software.It is found that the current level of specialization of social workers in Xi'an social work organizations is at a lower level as a whole.In the process of development,there are imperfect policies and regulations,low public recognition,unsound internal systems,and the theoretical level of social workers.And the problems of low professional ability,and finally recommended to solve the current problems by constructing a good external atmosphere,optimizing the internal system of the organization,and internalizing the professional beliefs of social workers.
